spots on bump?

anyone had any? i've got 3 teeny tiny spots on the very top of my bump about 1/2 way between my belly button and boobs. they're not itchy. any ideas?

its probably a hormone thing - i got loads of tiny spots on my face like that and they went away after a few weeks - now i am covered in hives - the joys!
