Well girls, I did 3 sets of 10 to begin with. About 7 different exercises. Didn't want to go too OTT to begin with.
To be honest, I could really feel my heart pumping, and my muscles working! Going to do them now Mon/Wed/Fri and the gym in between. Hopefully things will start moving again.

Did you get a programme done up for yourself Jawl?? Trying to motivate myself to get into gear... find it so hard to hit the gym in the summer...... come to think of it, I find it hard to hit the gym in winter also LOL
