Started taking

Agnus Castus today. Do many of you take it? Are there any side effects? How long before it works? Sorry for all the questions but there was no leaflet or anything with it.

hi I have been taking it for about 6/7 weeks now..havent noticed any side effects yet! I suppose like most things it will take a couple of months to start to work although my cycle last month was shorter than normal so it may be working already!

What's Agnus Castus?

I am thinking of taking this too so would love to hear feedback. It is to regulate the cycle I think???????
