Steralizer advice please!!?...

Hey all im so confused!!.. Have the Tommee Tippee steam steralizer.. so it takes 5 mins... What do i do then so i take everything out and put the bottles 2 gether?? If so how long do they stay steralized for??.. or do i Take them out fill with baby food (breast milk, as im expressin) if so - how long do they stay steralized for?? I havent a clue wat im at!! baby only 6 days old by the way so all help appreciated!!
