Stupid coldsores

Supposed to be getting a makeup trial next week and I got a coldsore (huge one between nose and lip) last week after getting a chest infection. It's healed now but will they do the makeup trial as it will still be noticable

ABREVA!!!! quickly get it 2 days GONE

Thanks for the replys. It's clear now but the scarring still remains, should I just give up the ghost and reschedule
