is swimmimg every day bad for your hair?

i think the chlorine isnt great for the hair - why dont you wear a swimming cap to protect it?

I don't think its that bad to be honest. I was swimming most evenings last winter and thought it would ruin me wig but the hairdresser said it was in great condition. Maybe use more conditioner in it when you are washing it afterwards. Great exercise though

I used to swim a lot and I used a childrens shampoo when I got out. It was specifically for chlorine and worked well! Smelled good too! It was by L'oreal.
