My belly is disproportionately fat to the rest of my body.
I look like I'm pregnant with triplets.
What exercise can I do to target my tummy?
From what I know (but I'm no expert) there isn't any real way to target fat loss on your stomach. I was told that unless I get rid of body fat all over, then there's no point in doing sit ups etc because all I'm doing is building up a layer of muscle that is covered in a big layer fat. Makes sense to me anyway. Can I recommend the 30 day shred Dvd, it gets great results.
