Absolutely brilliant so positive to hear so many birth stories without epidurals and pethidine as this is the way i really want to go. I am hoping that i can do all the preparation before hand from yoga and hypnobirthing to perinial massage and rasberry leaf supplements ! Thanks HU and i agree with DB it should be made a sticky here i bumped it in Mum and kids !!
