It might me no harm to up the pelvic floor exercises sounds like a bit of stress incontinence hth
I've had similar problems in both my pregnancies. As scobette said, start your pelvic floor exercises. Afterward you'll be so glad you did.

I feel your pain astrogirl! I empty my bladder now before I get sick in the hope that it will help and so far so good. I also keep pantyliners in my handbag and put one on if I feel queasy at work or out and about just in case. The things we have to put up with!
