Chill out and e-mail admin from your own e-mail address - [email protected]. Lots of people can't log on but they'll sort it out eventually. They sorted me out very quickly after I let them know I was having trouble.

I'm back ! Thanks for the help girls - It seems to be really clear now . I was just having a crazy moment thinking I'd lost supplier details. feel a bit silly now I'm so technically challenged it never even occured to me to email admin from my own account
