Tweezers!! I pluck them out. Sometimes I have to make them bleed to get to the hair, so not always the prettiest underarms, but when you have a butcher waxing you, it's the price you have to pay!!

Tweeze. I also use this lotion called Tend Skin after i shave or wax and it does stop ingrown hairs or if i do get them, it gets rid of them quicker!

I second the Tend Skin stuff. It works wonders.

They sell Tend skin in Brazilia in Dublin city centre and I think I've also seen it for sale in Anne McDevitt on Wicklow Street. I use it on my bikini area and it really limits the in grown hairs, and the ones that do happen are really easy to tweeze out and never turn into a cyst. Its about €18 but lasts about 4 mths.
