Tried this out today!

After sunbed, i tried out a vibroplate!! Wow! Its ace! Has anyone ever used them? Wat v think of it? Wen did u start seein results?

Did you really find it good? I am mad to know if they work also, seems a bit too good to be true just ten min workout. Heard you can be really sore afterwards- any niggles yet? would love to know if they give good results also as ad in local paper to hire one for 25euro a week, think this good if have few people especially as 7.50 a go where I am.

Its £6 for ten minutes here would love to hire one! My thighs are achin! It feels iv been for a run! Your bodies doin loadsa movin but its not u movin it! So u feel like your not doin anything but your bodies knackered!

I used one for a few weeks last year - I had to stop cos it was actually making me feel quite sick - I suffered very bad headaches and dizzy spells - it really does shake the life out of you...
