Two year old page boy jacket?

Hi Girls, I am having my 2 year old nephew as my pageboy. Blacktie dont cater for 2years old so I have purchased grey trousers and white shirt for him. But I cannot find a black blazer for him anywhere, have tried on line, NEXT, Mothercare, Debenhams, M&S etc. but cant find one small enough . Anyone able to help? Im in Dublin area? Thanks
