Upset stomach

ladies, Spent most of yesterday in bed with a very upset stomach, no appetite atall. Think i may be coming around today, is there anything i can take to settle the belly? Thanks xx

Hi Fur Sorry to hear you are feeling under the weather. I had an upset stomach a few weeks ago and couldn't keep anything down. I was recommended drinking cool boiled water. After that I could keep down dry toast and I think it did help settle my stomach. Just try and drink loads of water so you don't get dehydrated... Hope you feel better soon Lila

Not sure what sort of upset tum you had, but I know I will always reach for the gaviscon as it's Ok to take during prenancy, doesn't taste the best but it works at relieving my tum, hope this helps & get well soon

Thanks girls, Thought i was coming around but back to square one today. I cant face food atall, drinking loads of water but that can be unsettling also. Am just worried that babs is getting all he/she needs, hopefully this will pass soon. xx
