Hi, It's not quite the area your looking for but the Hamlet court is only 15mins from Edenderry and 20mins from Kinnegad. Im gettin g married there myself and booked it because of the brill reputation it has and also a girl I work with got married there 4yrs ago and everyone in the office is still talking about how nice the food and hotel was and the great service. It has won an award for there weddings.

Hi Wineport in WestMeath is gorgeous...... www.wineport.ie I booked it for mine!!!!! FAB!!

we've booked the sheraton in athlone but the raddisson is nice 2, d views from the ballroom are fantastic other than that th wineport in glasson has a gr8 reputation and is fab but ur limited wit numbers

Hiya I'm having Kinnitty. Worth getting a quote from. Really not as bad as what you would think.That's why we went with them in the end! Must say that the wedding coordinators have been great too....i email them at least once a week over different things...for the past year and a half since I booked(ha ha...i'm a wreck the head!! ) and they've been great. Best of luck choosing though!!

Castle Durrow in Laois - very impressive venue ozzing style and character.

The Mullingar Park Hotel. I was at a friends wedding there & it was brilliant. The bedrooms were fab - & I was just a guest so I can imagine that the bridal suite was amazing Best of luck with choosing the venue. I am sure whichever one you choose will be perfect for you
