Warning: Roomsnet.com

A word of warning for anyone who may have booked hotels with roomsnet.com, 16 of us headed to Dusseldorf this weekend all hotel rooms booked with roomsnet.com on seperate credit cards/booking refs and when we turned up to the hotel they had a cancelation of our bookings from them even though roomsnet had taken the FULL amount from ALL our credit cards and even given us room vouchers, We we tried to get through to roomsnet they were not answering the phone to us and because that hotel was fully booked we had to all go and find a different hotel and fork out yet another €300 on hotels , So beware anyone who has booked with these
