Wedding Countdown???

Can somebody please explain to me how to add the cool wedding timeline thing at the end of my messages. I've gone onto the tickerfactory website and created my timeline but can't put it on my message. :oops:

If you go to Fashion and Beauty there is a section there which gives help for this - It took me ages to get mine working but the girls helped point me in the right direction
