Weekend Break Ideas

Anyone know of any cheap and cheerful 1 night B&B on a Sat night, preferably Galway,Kilkenny, Dublin, Mayo, Limerick, based in the midlands and dont want to have to travel too far as its only 1 night away! Any ideas?

We have gone on a few breaks from Boards and they usually let you stay on a Sat night ~ read the terms and conditions as some say you can only stay from Sun~Thurs. Thanks all for your suggestions, so we booked the Hibernian in Kilkenny, right in the city, we both have never been before, and it means we can relax with little driving for hubby, anyone have any suggestions for somewhere nice to eat?? I know its hard to recommend somewhere when you dont' know someones tastes, not looking for chinese/indian or mexican etc Thanks

Langtons do great food and have great choice on their early bird menu!
