Hi Whatever. Do u like tuna? John West have a yummy Tuna light lunch. Its in a kind of foil pack, it would be by the tuna in supermarkets. Anyway, its is tuna mixed with pasta, bits of potato, and peppers and stuff. Its only 3.5 points and its actually quite satisfying. how about ryvita with tuna and low fat mayo and some tomato on top or a toasted sandwich with low low cheese slives and turley slices or spaghetti on toast, pitta bread filled with hummous and tomato, cup a soup with some bread.

There's a WW tuna in a tomato sauce (1 point) which is nice stirred in with pasta - can heat it in the microwave. I have 1.5 points worth of pasta with this and an apple for lunch when I'm trying to save points for another day. Also the small avonmore tomato & basil soup is 2 points I think, with a small round roll (2 pts) - no need for butter. Beans on toast Banana sandwich

I made a chicken risotto last night with courgette, onion and green peppers. Simple to make and low in points. Will make butternut squash soup tonight and bring that tomorrow along with salad. Again easy peasy to make!! Just a matter of having the stuff in the house to make it really.

Soup 1 butternut squash 2 potatoes 1 onion Veg stock Salt and pepper Prepare BN squash by cutting in half, scooping out seeds in middle and removing skin from outside. Chop BN into chunks. Prepare potatoes by peeling and chopping also chop onion. Melt little margarine in pot and put in all veg. Cover pot and sweat for about 10 mins (stir occasionally). Add veg stock and simmer until veg are cooked-season with salt and pepper. Liquidize all veg once cooked (I used hand blender) and voila soup is done. Really tasty soup-h2b loves it! Low in points-only points are in the small bit of margarine and potatoes. Chicken risotto 1 chicken breast Courgette, green pepper, onion, mushrooms Chicken stock Basmati rice 2 tsp olive oil Brown chicken and then add all veg and cook for a few mins. Sprinkle rice on top once cooked (enough for 1 person) and add the veg stock. Simmer until rice is booked and risotto is done. Again low in points-only points in chicken, olive oil and rice. Easy enough to do but really tasty!

I know this sounds boring but 0 point veg soup is the way to go girls! One onion saute in the pan with that 0 cal spray oil then two chicken stock cubs in a litre of water then carots, brocolli and cauliflower and boil Blend it with a hand blender and there you have it! If you like it thick you can add a potato or 2 but then add that to your points. Its great for night time when you want something in front of the telly
