Mums to be,
Trying to decide on this and would love some ideas. The furniture I am going to get is walnut, traditional style.
For those of you who did'nt go with pink or blue (I want a more neutral colour) I would love to hear what you went for to give me some ideas. I am not especially fond of the colour yellow but willing to hear all options.
I want something that will be stimulating enough for babs when they get older, and am considering a pale green/cream with a nice coloured border. Anyone seen any nice borders around?
Baby wont be actually sleeping in the nursery for some time but will be using furniture for storage etc so would like to get room sorted in the next month or two

only bought the paint last week!
We got Dulux easycare washable matt 'courtyard cream'

On the tin it looks more yellow and cream than it does on dulux website, where it looks more reddish!
We'll be painting the room this or next weekend, i'll let you know how it turns out after 2 coats!

We went with 'calm spirit' from the dulux easicare range, it's fab, love it, really fresh and bright. Wasn't too mad on any of the yellows, this is such a bright fresh green, haven't put anything on the Walls jus yet, but used cream curtains hth

Why not wait until the baby arrives to decide. I wish i did that on my first. Because the baby stayed in our room for the first 4 months & we could have done it in that time.

White!
But then the whole house is white - needed a LOT of diy when we bought it and I just could not work up any enthusiasm for doing colours. I really like the white anyway -even hubby has come round
