What hairspray doesn't make hair look 'hard'?

The one I have at the moment gives hair that 'hard' look, like it's set. Anyone suggest a good hairspray that won't make my hair look like it's been cemented to my head?

I am using the Tesco version of Elnet, tiz grand.

Silvikrin, forget what 'hold' it is, but it's highlighted in Purple.

get one from the hair salon they always seem to have good ones and most places sell the products they use

I use Treseme and so far no crunchy hair!
