in the process of ttc, am addicted to excercise, as its stress relief from work & im just wondering if all the running, aerobics etc will have to stop if & when i fall pregnant.

As far as I know heavy exercise is not recommended for the first 12 wks as this is the most crucial part of pregnancy..
I power walk for 2 hrs a day & do light yoga at home... Will go back on the cross trainer in a couple of wks when past the 12 wk mark..
thanks for the reply, if i could go on the cross trainer after 12 weeks i would be happy, i would of thought that is quite a heavy machine to use, il keep that in mind, all is not lost.

The Cross Trainer wouldnt be high impact neither would the exercise bike... I think just steer clear of the Rowers, Ab Machines etc.
