What Size?

So hubbie just came home with an excercise ball as requested but it looks tiny compared to the one's we used in pregnancy yoga, it's a 65''...He said the man in the shop said any bigger than that is defo not suitable for a pregnant lady...I beg to differ What size is your ball?

Depends on your height. If you are under 5'7 that one would be fine, if you are taller, you need to get a 75cm ball. So long as your hips are above your knees you are fine.
