Where is the log out button gone ?

Top right of the page girls: You are logged in as (user name) -Visit MyHub -Logout

Just got it to work. Visit My Hub and Logout options weren't showing up so I did a search here and realised I had to log back in again and then the "log out" option came up. Thanks
