Anyone know where to get these? I'd like one now just for sitting on to help my back and pelvis (which is getting v. stiff) and of course for the main event! Our yoga teacher said you could use a gym ball but I'm wondering now if they would be a bit too hard? Or can you just not pump them up so much? Our local Lifestyle Sports never has these anyway. I know the hospital will probably have one (Drogheda has them anyway) but yoga teacher says it's best to bring your own ball just in case you're unlucky and all the balls are taken when you get there ! :eek

I also paid €19.99 in argos for a gym ball that looks identical to my friend's expensive birthing ball >:o) >:o) Which she never used :o0 :o0 If you don't like it too hard, don't spend so long pumping it up!!
