Which of the 4 resorts in Maldives?

HI there, We have narrowed it down to four resorts in the Maldives for our honeymoon. We are going in September for 2 weeks. all the resorts are 5* but wanted to see if anyone had good experiences here. Also some people say to stay in the water villas and others are not so keen. Here are the suggestions: Medhufushi Lilly Beach resort Kuramathi & Kandholhu (1 week on each) Huvafenfushi What resort would anyone recommend for honeymoon and would you recommend going all inclusive?
