Why do they let this man back on the streets?

Our justice system is a joke. Life doesn't mean life at all. He gets out 14 years after attacking 6 women and raping 4 of these women. Ruining their lives and of their loved ones. He did this on release the last time. Do they not know he will do it again??

Same old same old in this ridiculous country. The "justice" system is geared in favour of the criminals.

I know it really baffles me...he should be locked up FOREVER...i hope the fookin judge or whoever makes the decision to let these people out can sleep at night!
