Am due to have a csection and just wondering which of these do u recommend adding a few drops to bath to help with healing process?

witch hazel from chemist. Also try find arnica 200c which are brilliant for bruising and healing.

I had C-Section also used the Witch Hazel And like Pag said the Arnica is very good also especially days after surgery

Hadn't heard of using witchhazel solution in the bath before.. how much do you use?

About a 1/4 to a 1/2 Cap full into the Bath Liquid Form.

Lovely thanks! I have my epsom salts as well.... a tablespoon into the bath is magic for muscular aches and pains. I used them after a car accident last year and they were brilliant for easing a sore body.
