Just wondering how everyone survives the weekends on weight watchers? I find it so tough, and with my weigh in on a monday i need to be good
I try and walk during the week and save some points each day. I ususally lose track of points at the weekend but I allow myself my drink and a take away, try to stay reasonably healthy most weekends but I'm still bad compared to weekdays!
I find it balances out if I'm really good during the week the I can allow to be a bit bold at the weekend. If I'm going out on the tear though I find it really hard to be good, because hangover food takes over the next day!
oh don't start me. I made a big point of ww no point soup at 6 oclock. Haven't touched it. But ate one pack of fig rolls and 2 quarters of a double pack of custard creams since. Help...................
