We decided to get married in the Algarve because it is favorite place to holiday and our most favorite place in the world and we love it. We had previously visited the algarve 9 times before, having been to some other places like tenerfire, Ibiza and a few other places we always loved Portugal the most so we kept going back year after year!! The Algarve is such a beautiful place with an amazing atmosphere and lovely people and it was an easy choice for us to choose it for our Wedding Destination and we were not wrong as it couldnt have been any more perfect!

We could have not chosen a better wedding planner! She was perfect from start to finish, Dalia was an amazing planner who was constantly in contact making sure that all our needs were met exactly how we wanted them. She did everything to make sure our wedding was specifically suited to what we wanted and she was so helpful and friendly she really took the pressure off of us, as we knew she had everything in hand and she didn?t disappoint at all!

Our wedding day was the most perfect day ever for us and one we will remember for the rest of our lives. Everything was exactly as we wanted and more the whole day was truly magical! We had a very small intimate wedding as that is what we wanted but it felt just as special if not more than that of a larger wedding thanks to Dalia and her team for their hard work and making us feel so special on such an amazing day, it couldn?t have been any better at all!

we will always remember our wedding day with love. We got married on a clifftop and the views were amazing it really was breathtaking!!! We also got photos taken down at nearby beach and all of it was truly amazing, too much to pick out one thing as all of it will be remembered :)

One of the funny moments from the day was losing Daves mum at the beach, we looked about and couldn?t see her, then she stumbled onto the beach with her shoes in the air after a few pre-wedding wines always makes us laugh :)

So sorry it has taken over 3 months to send you this message. My inbox looks very sad without all your regular emails, although I am sure you do not miss my constant queries...

Brendan and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to you for helping us plan our Algarve wedding on September 19th. The whole day went so fast that we found it hard to take everything in...looking back, we wish we could have been a guest at our wedding so we could soak it all up! We have such special memories of the day and will be forever grateful at how you managed to turn our hopes and dreams into a reality. So many of our friends and family said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to, and it was down to your hard work and professionalism for making it such a success.

We expected that living in Dublin and planning our wedding in the Algarve would be difficult but working with Algarve Events took all that worry away. All of your hard work and local knowledge was invaluable. Without your help we would have been lost! We were very lucky to have worked with most of the team - from the very beginning Taelor helped us choose our venue and secure our date, then we landed on our feet having you guide us through all the rest of the big decisions. We were also fortunate to have the help of Irina on our wedding day who was so nice and a really calming addition!

We were delighted with our choice of venues, both really had the 'wow' factor we were looking for. The Igreja de S?o Louren?o looks absolutely amazing in our photos and it really set the tone for the day. The Tivoli Victoria is a wonderful hotel in a stunning setting. The staff were always so pleasant to deal with and the food and wine were exceptional. Many of our guests commented on this during the wedding and continue to do so since!

We were very pleased with our choice of suppliers - the girls who helped transform us in the morning, the variety of musicians who entertained us throughout the day and night, the flowers and decoration from Suzannah etc - they were all brilliant. Special mention has to go to Garrett - his photos really captured the feel of our day without being too-posed, exactly what we wanted. We are really looking forward to seeing our wedding video soon.

We would like to wish you and Algarve Events every success in the future, your expertise in planning weddings was clear to see from the moment we met. Should any new clients request a reference, please do not hesitate to contact us.

On a personal level Dalia, we never expected to 'click' so well with our wedding planner and we considered ourselves so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with you. By the end of it, we felt as if we had made a friend for life. We really appreciated your constant patience with us and your understanding of our budget. We were confident that you worked hard on our behalf to make sure we received the best deals possible on all elements for our wedding.

We are missing you and Portugal and hope it won't be too long before we are back!

Hi Taelor, it's been a bit of a whirlwind week following the wedding saying our goodbyes to friends and family from Australia and spending our last few days at the villa so please forgive the late text. Anyhow we just wanted to thank you for all your hard work in making our wedding day so very special. We had the most amazing time and everything surpassed our expectations! We are still buzzing from the big day and finding it hard to get back into normal working life but we have so many wonderful memories to look back on and reminisce. To sum up my experience with Algarve Events in a few lines

Easy, stress-free, suppliers contacted me as I needed them to, I didn?t need to think or worry. Best band ever best wedding ever. I and my husband were married in June this year and people are still talking about how good it was. I have since been contacted by someone who wasn?t at our wedding but who is planning on having her wedding in Portugal next year as a result of all the things she has heard about our day

Contacting Algarve Events... Best decision ever!

First of all, thank you so much for organizing our wedding in Quinta do Lago on 8th September. We had a very special day and we know it could not have been achieved without the help of Algarve Events and your suppliers. You had great attention to detail and thought of things that I would never have thought of, especially in the context of a foreign wedding (e.g. the importance of coordinating all of the guests, suppliers, transport etc. and much more. Also, in the last few hours in the run up to our wedding, you sorted out the glitches very speedily and without stress (e.g. place names for the tables, candle stick holders, changes to car pick up points etc.

Finally, you were always so friendly, professional and helpful with a can-do attitude.I would be happy to recommend you without hesitation as a foreign wedding planner.Please find set out below some comments in relation to the suppliers:

(1) the Venue - Stunning setting including set-up. We loved that the entire reception (cocktails, dinner, cake cut and dancing) was held outside.- Food and wine were superb. Many people commented on both to me during and after the wedding and continue to do so. Guests particularly made note of the wine and desert. The buffet was also excellent - a great change from the sandwiches and sausages that you often get at Irish weddings....!- Service was impeccable. The wait staff moved silently and seamlessly through the restaurant and were extremely professional.- Celine is a lady and was a pleasure to deal with - even when it came to us changing the menu many times and deciding quite late in the day to give our guests the 'advanced choice' option! She was present for the duration of the day/night and helped things run smoothly from start to finish.

(2) Entertainment Eudoro's music was beautiful and perfect for both a wedding and a small church.. Please thank him for the two CDs he gave us! Many people commented on his performance in the church. I was delighted with it.Lionel's music and performance was excellent. Very cool, relaxed and chilled and he had a great personality too. It is a pity we had to miss some of it because we were getting photos taken! Again, guests commented on the great cocktail entertainment.(DJ) was brilliant. He had every single one of the songs from my list. He mixed them up really well and there were always people on the dance floor. Also, he was great fun and interacted very well with our guests he definitely added to the Irish craic!! Set up was perfect. We loved the set up at the front of the venue for the cake cut and for the dance floor etc. It was perfectly pitched for the size of the venue and the type of atmosphere we wanted.

(3) The flowers were beautiful and lasted very well throughout the day including the button holes which I think have a tenancy to wilt quite quickly. Cidalia was a really pleasant and friendly lady and the flowers turned out as planned. I would recommend Cidalia.

(4) Thank you to Taelor and Diana for helping out late into the night with transport!

(5) Pink Imaging Jorge and his team were a pleasure to work with. Everyone said so. I'm delighted with the photos. They really captured the feel of the day, showed guests enjoying themselves, some fun moments etc. which is exactly what we wanted.Looking forward to seeing the video when I choose the music!

(6) The cake looked and tasted great! We took it away and enjoyed it after the wedding!

(7)The church was beautiful and Fr Varella was very accommodating.

(8) I was delighted with the stationary Steve and Taelor saved the day with the table place names! The stationery was great quality and very professionally done. I'd recommend Steve.

Thank you for all your help. Mum got Gran?s emergency passport yesterday and they are flying home tonight so thanks for getting that sorted.
Everyone at Alba Villas were brilliant. Thank you for everything you and Ella did which made the day so enjoyable for us and our guests. All the music was very good, people have commented on how good Cat was and so were Roddy and Jane.

Michael and I are now in South Africa. We had a wonderful honeymoon and now we are enjoying some relaxing days at Michael's house before we move to Oxford in less than two weeks.Thank you very much for your help throughout the last year!! There are no words how to thank you enough for your superb service and great help before and during our wedding. You have made our wedding really memorable.Everything was planned into every small details and perfection.
