The Atlantic Wedding Band
The Atlantic are a wedding band based out of Sligo but we travel all over the North West and Ireland and consist of some of the most experienced musicians in the country. Between all members we have 1000s of gigs and 1000s of weddings under our belt. We know the business inside and out, and the business is Entertainment!
Fronted by Mark Kennedy, The Atlantic’s main goal is ENTERTAINMENT. The musicianship speaks for itself and may go unnoticed but we guarantee you will see an energy packed show if you see us at a wedding or event. We understand the necessity when it comes to live music. That is to make sure you leave everything on the dancefloor!

Where to begin?... I think we owe the venue a new dancefloor cos it was absolutely on fire all night long!! From the 90 year old grandmother to the 1 year old nephew, everyone got a spin on the dancefloor and absolutely loved the band!! A wonderfully talented group of musicians, and Mark was brilliant to deal with in the lead up to the wedding! The range of music played was exceptional, from jiving to the Rose of Castlerea, to going wild to Maniac 2000, everything was catered for! Thank you for playing the soundtrack to the best night of our lives! Brides and Grooms... If you're on the search for a wedding band you can stop now because you have found The Atlantic!!

Look no further this is the band you need!!!! Can't recommend this band enough... I booked them for a Mock wedding fundraiser and they were electric kept the floor full all night. Everyone was commenting how fantastic they were.

We had the best experience using The Atlantic as our wedding band.
Mark was fantastic—from our first chat a year before the wedding to meeting him again the week before, he was always friendly and professional.
He was really open to what we wanted in terms of style and music, and the band even learned a lesser-known song for our first dance, which sounded amazing.
On the day, they were incredibly professional, arrived right on time, and even played a bit longer than planned. They had our guests on the dance floor all night!
If you're planning a wedding, I’d recommend booking them quickly—I can definitely see them being in high demand.

The Atlantic are an incredible band that are guaranteed to blow you away and have the dance floor filled! They're a five piece collective from Sligo and 3 of the band have amazing voices, taking turns raising the bar. All unbelievable instrumentalists they kept the vibes going all night long with a DJ set following their amazing live performance. Could not recommend highly enough.
