We are Anna and Janos, the husband-and-wife creative team behind Bluebird Studio, a unique photo and film company, pioneering in contemporary wedding photography and cinematography.

For us, a wedding is a living visual world. It is full of movement, emotion, tension, humour, beauty, intimacy and unexpected moments. We do not approach it as a checklist, and we do not see ourselves as passive observers. We enter every wedding with our own visual instinct, emotional sensitivity and creative vision.
We believe that images and films have the power to shape how people remember, feel and relive a moment. Light, movement, composition, silence, humour, proportion, timing and emotion are all tools we use consciously. Just like music can change the feeling of a scene, the way we frame, move, wait and observe can completely transform the emotional weight of a memory.
We never see ourselves as people who simply “take photos” or “make videos”. We create visual stories. We search for the hidden moments, the unexpected reactions, the honest chaos, the elegance, the humour and the emotional depth that make every wedding unique.
Our style is deeply personal, cinematic and instinctive. We are guided by experience, but we are never trapped by routine. We love pushing creative boundaries, working with difficult light, unusual spaces, unpredictable weather and real human emotions. These challenges often lead us to the most powerful images and films.

We had been to Venice before, and we had walked those streets before, but this time it felt totally different. The city was quiet, almost empty, and for a short while it felt like Venice belonged only to us. It was such a special feeling, and Anna and Janos captured it beautifully.
It was also a bit of a challenge, because Fabio normally hates being photographed. He is not someone who enjoys being in front of the camera at all, so we knew it would not be the easiest task. But Anna and Janos made everything feel so natural and relaxed that even he managed to enjoy it much more than expected.
They put so much energy, care and effort into everything not only during the early morning photo session, but throughout our whole wedding day as well. They never made us feel like anything was too much trouble. Every idea, every request, every little thing we hoped for, they found a way to make happen.

We are both quite shy in front of the camera, so we were a little worried about having couple photos taken and definitely did not want anything that felt too posed or uncomfortable. But Anna’s gentle guidance and Janos’ humour made us relax much more than we expected. In the end, they created beautiful portraits of us that we honestly never thought we could have.
There were photos that made us laugh straight away, a few that made us a bit emotional, and so many where we just said, “That is exactly how it felt.” It was our day, our people, our little moments just captured beautifully.
