Bodytec Clondalkin is Absolutely amazing!!! Would recommend to everyone looking to seriously tone up & lose weight! I am getting married this week & am delighted with the results!!! I have done 2 intro sessions & 6 X 20 min sessions over a 4 week period & I can't believe the results...The sessions along with an easy to stick to diet plan (on which I never felt hungry) supplied by Marlene have seen me lose 12lb & my stomach, arms & legs are seriously toned for the first time in years! It's so handy, 2 X 20 min sessions a week & for the first time ever I'm actually enjoying exercising :) Alan & all the staff are super friendly & I would recommend this place to everyone! Thx a mill guys, I'm definitely keeping this up & am looking forward to more sessions after my honeymoon...

Great workout last nite would recommend bodytec i'm down 7lb with just two sessions and watching what I eat looking forward to doing next ten sessions can't wait to see the result in 5wks time
