The Staff at Bridal Bliss in Cork are excellent. they are very professional and extremely attentive. They never rushed me when I was finding it hard to choose and always went out of their way to fit me in as I was visiting from the UK. Mona is so calm it was brilliant. Marie the lady they recommend for alterations was so nice and again very helpful with appointments even up to the day before the wedding.. no better place to pick a wedding dress. their dresses are so stylish and elegant.

Bridal Bliss has a lovely selection of dresses and I found my beautiful dress there howeve they failed to explain in detail until I paid my deposit and got my Terns and conditions that there is a charge for the seamstress firstly a deposit of ?100 at the first fitting if you wish to use the seamstress at the time of your fitting she does not work for the store and Bridal Bliss will take no responsibility for your dress once the seamstress takes away your dress out of the store also if you need your dress stored after you purchase they will charge you ?50. When I asked Mona to confirm all this she did reply by saying that all bridal shops charges these fees and I can understand this I guess however I do feel that this should be made quite clear before any monies are exchanged not when your deposit is taken I mean it's not as if a person is regularly shopping for wedding dresses and would be familiar with this at the end of the day we are not talking about 100 or 200 euro here you may be spending in the region of ?2000 so I think this should all be made quite clear
