I absolutely loved working with Arturo! He was so professional, punctual, and incredibly creative in so many ways. I felt completely comfortable with him, and I’m sure he captured every single moment perfectly (I haven’t even seen my video yet!). This review is based on the experience I had on my wedding day — and it was fantastic.
He guided me throughout the entire day — from getting ready, the first look, walking down the aisle, to drone shots and more. His communication was excellent, and he made everything feel effortless. I actually booked him as one of my very first vendors because I knew I wanted him to be part of my wedding team!
Booking was super easy — everything was handled through email and online payments. He even sent invoices every few months until everything was paid off. Since we were coming from the USA, sometimes payments could be tricky, but he was always so patient and understanding.
I honestly can’t wait to see the final video, but I already know it’s going to be amazing.
