We had our wedding on Friday the 13th of February in the Lakeside Hotel, and from the very first moment we met Catherine, nothing was ever a problem. She was so kind and caring towards both of us and immediately put us at ease.

Catherine truly captured our story, the 19 years we’ve shared together, in a way that was so personal and meaningful. Every word she spoke felt genuine and heartfelt. She made us feel incredibly special, and you could feel the love in the room as she told our story.

So many of our guests commented afterwards that they had never been at a ceremony so full of love and so personal- that was all down to Catherine.

Our ceremony felt so personal and meaningful from start to finish. We wrote our own vows and a poem, and Catherine was nothing but enthusiastic, helpful, and incredibly patient throughout the whole process.

We included a ring-warming and a tying-the-knot ritual, and our guests absolutely loved it. When Catherine sent us the first draft of the ceremony, it was perfect — we both cried reading it.

She even went above and beyond by cleaning mud off my dress after the photos — something I will never forget.

We got married on the 20/09/2025 and the day could not have gone smoother. Catherine made sure that everything was exactly what we'd dreamed of and more. Catherine is a wedding celebrant like no other. We cannot put into words how amazing she is. From the day we met her we knew she had to be our wedding celebrant. She was kind, understanding and always on the other side of the phone at any time of the day. No ask was too much for Catherine - even changing the ceremony to give two drafts so that we could surprise my husband!

Before we met Catherine, a friend who worked with her before said 'she is an angel on earth.' This couldn't have been more accurate. This really showed when a personal incident occured before our wedding. Catherine sprung into action and completed tasks that were well outside her remit as a wedding celebrant. We would not have had the wedding day that we dreamed of if it wasn't for Catherine. From buying frames and completing our table numbers to printing out all of the materials needed for our ceremony, drinks reception and dinner reception- Catherine did it all with a smile and compassion. Catherine really was our all-round celebrant and wedding planner superstar. She came to the rescue for us on a number of occasions, and made the whole process of getting married simple and straightforward for us.

As a wedding planner: Wedding planning and organisation can be complex at the best of times, and Catherine was a real help to have on our side. She was very communicative, gave us loads of ideas to incorporate into our big day, and got in contact at the right times to make sure we were staying on track with the preparations.

As a celebrant: She was well-prepared and considerate of everything we wanted to include and not include in our ceremony. She made sure our ceremony was intimate and went off without a hitch.

We live 3 hours from Killaloe so we do not know local businesses (hair stylists etc). Catherine was a great help in booking these. There were countless other little jobs Catherine did without hesitation.

As a Celebrant Catherine really captured the type of Wedding Ceremony we envisaged & got the ball rolling for everyone on what was a great celebration. She added greatly to a cherished day.

We had our wedding on 17/08/24 and I could not have been happier with our ceremony. Catherine could not have done a more perfect job.
Catherine managed to make the ceremony feel romantic and personalised without making anyone feel like it was cheesy and our sand ceremony was just beautiful.

We had the pleasure of Catherine Lewis marring us last weekend and from start to finish it was a memorable day. We could of asked her to do anything for us on the day and weekends coming up to our wedding and it was no problem for her I would highly recommend Catherine to be part of your wedding.

We had Catherine as our solemniser in May 2024 and can not recommend her enough. She is a truly kind and caring person and took the time to get to know myself and my husband before putting the ceremony together. She was very approachable and communicative the entire time and shared with us the draft of the ceremony, while welcoming our suggested edits in a friendly and cooperative way. As we got married at the lakeside hotel, she was also our wedding coordinator. We felt so lucky to have her as she took everything in her stride and was reassuring and just a fantastic support the entire time.
