I am a trained Skin Care Specialist, Beauty Therapist and Make Up Artist with over 12 years experience, specialising in both bridal and occasion makeup. I am not affiliated to any specific make-up range so I have no restrictions when it comes to the brand of make up you prefer. I tend mostly to use Estee Lauder, MAC, Armani, Lancome, Bobbi Brown, YSL, Glo Minerals and Bare Minerals but can offer other brands if requested.
I am a perfectionist and passionate about achieving the desired look for my brides. I understand fully how personal make up is and how importantt it is to listen to my client. Some brides to be will like a natural look while others are more comfortable with a dramatic look.
There is no right or wrong it's about you recognising yourself and feeling that you have never looked better. Also, it is of course crucial that your make up lasts and that it transitions from day to night so it's important that the products used will work in both natural and artifical lighting.
This is why for my trials I ideally like to trial early in the day in natural light so that you get what I would describe as a true trial. My trials also take up to 3 hours as for me I feel there should be no rush involved as this is one of the biggest days of your life and you want to feel amazing. They are of course also a lot of fun as I have a very friendly personality and love meeting new brides to be and hearing all about your plans for your wedding day.

Charlotte is amazing!!! She is lovely to deal with and makes you feel completely at ease from the beginning. During the trial she brought me through each stage of the process and ensured I was happy with the end result. We had a fun, relaxing morning on the wedding day and Charlotte fitted in with everyone. We all really enjoyed the experience and everything lasted all day for all of us. Thank you so much Charlotte - I was absolutely delighted to have you as part of our special day. What I love about Charlotte is she seemed to understand me and my anxieties. She touched base with me often, often reassuring me.
Also, my whole life I've been referred to as the "funny one" or the "goofy one" and for the first time I finally felt like the "beautiful one" and i felt like she didn't even have to use a lot of make up to make me finally feel beautiful. I didn't feel like I was caked in the stuff, I just felt like she used the exact right amount to make my beautiful eyes pop...
At the makeup trial I told her I didn't want to look like i was wearing make up so what she did was start off by putting barely anything on my skin, she showed me my make up and i decided i wanted to go a little heavier and we just built up until I finally felt comfortable with the amount of foundation on my skin.
She was also very flexible in that at the last minute people asked favours from her and she graciously helped others without batting an eye lid.

Charlotte was my make up artist for my Wedding in August and choosing her was the best decision to date. From the moment I reached out to her the response and infomation I recieved was so detailed and I knew I was in safe hands. My make up trial was a fantastic esperience as Charlotte spent the time explaining each step making sure I was happy with the end result. The most important thing for me was that she listened to what I liked and encorporated that into my wedding make up. Charlotte created such a fun and relaxed atmosphere the morning of my wedding. My bridal party all liked diffetent make up looks and Charlotte got each and everyone of them 100% right and they looked absolutely stunning. My own make up was so flawless and was exactly what I wanted for my wedding day and it did not budge all day and night.

Charlotte was the make up artist for myself and my 3 bridesmaids for our wedding in July and she was absolutely fantastic! She creates such a fun atmosphere and was so detailed with every step of the process to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I was so thrilled with my make up and it didn't budge all day or night not even after all the dancing! My 3 bridesmaids all like different levels of make up and Charlotte tailored each of their make up to exactly what they wanted. Charlotte did my makeup for my wedding in June and my mom and 4 bridesmaids. From the detailed reply I got back from Charlotte on my enquiry I knew she was the lady for me. She loves a plan as so I and is so passionate and detailed about what she does you can tell it is just her passion. Charlotte was so accommodating and friendly to deal with, really nothing was too much trouble to change or adjust after the trial, we had so much fun with her also on the morning and everyone loved their makeup. I suffer with Rosacea as well and we?ll you'd never tell on the day of my wedding that I did! My makeup was flawless and stayed in tacked for the full day and it was a hot weekend ???? Charlotte is a whole vibe, amazingly talented, down to earth and great fun too. Charlotte kept everything running for us on the morning and one of my bridesmaids went ahead and booked her for her own wedding next year! What more can I say except just class! ????

Charlotte was the make up artist for my big day back in March. She was an absolute star from start to finish! I had the trial back in February which went really well and, I have to say, the result exceeded my expectations. I wanted a natural look which would really enhance my features without changing the way I look in any sort of dramatic way. Charlotte really took care and time to ensure that I was happy with every stage of the process. She was so attentive and responsive throughout the process. She also gave me a great skin care advice and it really helped improving the condition of my skin before the wedding day. On the wedding day she did the make up for me, my mom and my sister and the result was just stunning! It also held up perfectly all day and night long. Not a smudge or smear in sight, even after all the tears and laughter! The three of us were really happy with both, the outcome and the process. Aside from her amazing talent, Charlotte is also a total joy to be around. She's so much fun and really lovely, supportive and organised, which made the whole experience just amazing! Charlotte recently did mine and my bridal parties make up for my wedding and did such an amazing job. She has the most amazing presence, really warm and does more than just your make up, she?ll be there to keep you calm and distracted the morning of too!

Charlotte was absolutely fantastic to deal with in the run up to the wedding and on the morning of the wedding itself.
We had a trial the week of the wedding, and she gave me fantastic emergency skin care advice, which had my skin in perfect condition on the day itself!!
My makeup was flawless and being someone who doesn't wear makeup on a day to day basis, I was absolutely delighted that Charlotte gave me a minimal look, but still enhanced all my own natural features, whilst still looking like me!
My makeup lasted so well....well into day 2, and eyemakeup even until day 3 (im sorry skin!! ????), it was absolutely fantastic!!!
I genuinely couldnt look at myself in the mirror until about 7pm on the wedding day as every time I looked, I genuinely choked up I looked so well!!
Charlotte did everything and so much more. My mother looked so beautiful and serene and the bridesmaids were absolutely stunning aswell. Everyone got the same wonderful treatment from Charlotte.
I just wish I could go back in time and relive it all again, especially getting ready on the wedding morning! ???? Charlotte stayed right until we were about to go out the door and was so focussed on making sure everyones makeup was flawless before heading out the door.

Charlotte is an absolute professional and she was such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole experience. What I love about her style is that she really focuses on what suits you and when she's finished you look like an elevated version of yourself. My sister had her make up done first at 6.30am the morning of the wedding and it was still absolutely flawless at 4.30am the following morning and trust me the make up had been through a lot. Charlotte adds much more to the wedding morning than amazing make up, she's great craic and has such a lovely presence. I would highly recommend her to any bride!!!

She gave me the exact look I wanted and picked colours that really complimented my colouring, more than I would have been able to do for myself!!
The Makeup itself felt so natural, it didn't even feel like I was wearing any. And it stayed on all day and night, through tears, laughter, a 5 course meal, many drinks and dancing!! It was bomb proof!
She made my morning super relaxed, and meshed brilliantly with my bridal party, family, and other vendors. We had a great time getting ready.

Charlotte did my own make up, my bridesmaids and my mother?s make up on the 9th September 2022. I honestly can not recommend Charlotte enough. She is an absolute gem and you will not be disappointed one bit.

Any bride would be lucky to have Charlotte as their MUA. She?s so good, I had her twice ???? once last year for our Covid wedding and again this September for our bigger celebration. She is the nicest person to have with you as you?re getting ready, and is the best at what she does. My makeup was exactly as I imagined, and more - it was flawless and lasted all day and night each time. From the moment I met Charlotte I knew she was the perfect choice for my wedding makeup artist, she just made me feel at ease through our conversation about the styles I wanted and her precision to detail in each step of the makeup process. Charlotte done 5 makeups the morning of my wedding, myself, three bridesmaids and my mam- my mam was so nervous getting her makeup done as she rarely wears makeup but I knew she didn't have to worry and Charlotte done such a fantastic job with her. Charlotte did makeup for myself, 2 bridesmaids and my 2 sisters. I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very first conversation to my wedding day she was so helpful, professional and just a lovely person to deal with. When I went for my trial she gave me so much time & lots of great advice! The morning of the wedding she was super organised but also made us all feel relaxed. We had great craic & the chats. She did an amazing job on all our makeup. She gave ample time during her trial to make sure I was happy with the look before we finished up. On the day, her make up applications were flawless.

A massive thank you to Charlotte for being my dream MUA for my wedding day. Myself and my bridesmaid's were absolutely weak for ourselves, such a talented and intuitive artist. My make up did not budge for the whole day, evening and into the the night.

Charlotte is an absolute expert in what she does!! She did my make up the morning of my wedding along with my mother, mother in-law and 4 bridesmaids, her attention to detail is second to none and she has such a talent for understanding the look you would like to achieve! She is a lovely person to share the morning of your wedding with, very relaxed and hilariously funny! Charlotte is also extremely reliable and would never let anyone down which is so important! She understood exactly my personal style and also the preferences of my mum and bridesmaids. My wedding service was early and we were getting ready quite a distance from the church venue and she managed to have each one of us looking our best in plenty of time.
Charlotte was very flexible with regards to my makeup trial and worked around my limited availability to come to Ireland before the wedding (as I live in the UK). She was very patient and thorough during the trial and discussed several looks in detail, taking the time to understand my taste and preferences. If I could give Charlotte 10stars I would. She is just top class! I knew I was in great hands when I went to my trial and my makeup was flawless! Charlotte is so professional and is just so passionate about makeup. The morning of the wedding I was a bag of nerves and she was just so chilled, cool, calm and witty and made us all feel at ease! She also kept an eye on the time and co-ordinated what we all needed to do and what needed to be done to have us out the door on time! She just goes above and beyond for her brides and their families, Charlotte thank you so so much, I loved loved loved my makeup for my wedding. I can't recommend Charlotte enough to future brides! She is simply amazing at what she does. She did my make up for my wedding a few weeks ago, along with my mom and bridesmaids, and we all absolutely loved our make up! We all had very different tastes in make up and she knew exactly what to do on each of us. My mother never wears make up but Charlotte put her totally at ease and made her makeup so natural, she looked beautiful. Our make up lasted all day and night, and we danced all night!! My make up even lasted for day 2 celebrations! Thanks so much Charlotte for making me feel like a million dollars on my big day!

Choosing Charlotte as the make up artist for my wedding was a great decision!
Even through the trial, I knew Charlotte was very professional, and a perfectionist in her work. She took it step by step, and didn't move on until you were happy with each part!

Charotte is amazing and from the minute I met her felt so at ease. She is very experienced and can cater your makeup to suit you. The trial was excellent and Charlotte spend over three hours getting the makeup just perfect and the way I wanted it focusing on every detail. Her knowledge of makeup and what shades and colours work well is amazing. She explains clearly her ideas and goes through everything step by step. On the morning she was organised and everything ran so smoothly because of her. I absolutely loved my makeup on the day and so did my three bridesmaids and my mom. My mom had never had makeup done professionally before so was naturally worried but Charlotte listening to exactly what she wanted and tailored it to suit her. My mom loves it so much. The trial went so well, my sister came with me and she loved the whole process. Every step of the makeup was discussed fully and nothing was decided until I was 100% happy with everything, even the fact she gave me exactly what I wanted without saying goes a long way! Charlotte is an amazing make up artist. For any special occasions Charlotte is one of the first calls we make. Her make up is flawless, it lasts for the day/night and its still even perfect the following morning! She puts you at ease from the moment you meet her. Did you ever get your hair done by someone and think to yourself 'oh my God it looks amazing'? "This person is going to do my hair forevermore"! Well, when it comes to Make-up, Charlotte is that person. I cannot praise Charlotte highly enough for the work she does. I have called on her for every special occasion since my own wedding 5 years ago and not once have I been disappointed. She is the BEST at what she does. Charlotte is the best in the business. Charlotte went above and beyond. Her skill and talent is out of this world, it didn?t even phase her with 9 people in my bridal party she trooped on and even had spare time at the end. All the girls couldn?t get over how good she made them look and all of them commented on how it felt we weren?t even wearing makeup it felt so natural. My sister even said she felt she was sad as she couldn?t get her makeup as nice as Charlotte had made it. My makeup went on early and my god did it last.... What an amazing experience with Charlotte's. She would put any bride at ease and brings a sparkle to the morning. Unbelievable how the make up lasted till 6am, she is beyond talented, I couldn't recommend her enough. Charlotte did the make-up for me, my mum and bridesmaid on my wedding day, and honestly, none of us could have been happier. Charlotte is a true professional, which became apparent from the moment we first contacted her and she responded straight away with a comprehensive explanation of her services. At my trial she listened really carefully to what I was looking for (a natural look, as I tend not to wear a huge amount of make-up ordinarily) and consulted with me every step of the way. On the morning of the wedding she was a hugely calming presence in our house - setting up without us even noticing and just getting on with it, having a laugh with everyone and putting us all (especially me!) at ease on what was quite a nerve-wracking morning! I was absolutely delighted with my look, which stayed on perfectly all day and night until the early hours of the morning and beautifully transitioned from day to night. The make-up, rather than making me feel like a different person as I've experienced with professional make-up work in the past, made me feel like the most attractive and glamorous version of me, which was fantastic and such an important feeling on your wedding day! I would (and absolutely will) recommend Charlotte to anyone - thank you for making me feel so superb on my special day!

Charlotte was amazing at doing all our make up for the wedding, it was an absolute dream seeing how she worked and fitted in so well to the morning fun! I am so glad she there as it was so effortless and I cannot thank her enough. My make up was out of this world and the amount of comments I got was unreal especially for my eyes! All the girls and my mum loved theirs too they all lasted well into the early hours of the next day and we all thought the world of Charlotte! She is so talented and such a genuine nice person. Nothing was too much trouble and she went over and above and was so organised and her timings with the girl doing the hair, it was spot on! It really was fantastic. I couldn't recommended her enough.

I met Charlotte at a Wedding Fare in Fota House in 2015, and from the moment I spoke to her I knew she was the lady that I wanted to book to do my make up for my Wedding Day. Her portfolio was amazing and the professionalism and her knowledge of bridal make up was exactly what every bride is looking for. My make up trial was so detailed yet so relaxed and Charlotte herself just made me feel so at ease. As for my Wedding Day, absolute perfection, My make up was natural yet stunning, and my two bridesmaids and my mum were all so happy with Charlottes choice of colours etc and we were all glowing on the day. Charlotte was the makeup artist for my wedding back in September. She did the makeup for myself, my two bridesmaids, my mother and mother-in-law. Our venue was in West Cork and not the easiest to find, but this didn't faze Charlotte at all. I had my trial in her house a few months before the wedding, I had only used a professional makeup artist once before and wasn't sure what to expect. She was so welcoming and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the full 2 hour trial. She had loads of tips and advice on how to get my skin in its best condition for the big day. On the day of the wedding, Charlotte created a relaxed and fun atmosphere in the house. Her experience really stands to her and she had some fantastic advice on the day. I have very fair skin and don't wear fake tan, so I was nervous about wearing too much makeup. My makeup on the day was flawless and matched perfectly to my skin tone, I was complimented throughout the day on how natural it looked...and lasted right up to 3am! I also have sensitive skin, which reacts very badly to some products. Charlotte spent a lot of time during the trial discussing this and as a result was able to pick the right products for me. My bridal party were thrilled with her and their makeup was tailored to their individual requests, even the two mothers, who rarely wear makeup, were delighted with the results. I highly recommend Charlotte to any future bride.
