This guy is a cheat and fraud.. we booked him for our wedding he took the deposit of 300 and did not show up .. and now he not responding to my calls ? spoilt my big day?

Michael never showed up to provide the service, never explained himself or apologized, and NEVER GAVE MY MONEY BACK.
The ride was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for my partner and we were waiting in the street for ~1 hour until we froze to our bones but the service that I booked was never provided.
When I was trying to contact Michael Hanley to get my money back on Dec 27-Dec 29, he never picked up or responded. When I texted him that I will file a fraud complaint to Garda, he responded "Sorted" which probably means he is okay with being reported to the police.
Important: there's one more trick he is using. When I was trying to book the service in advance he said the full advance payment is necessary. At first I sent a bank transfer of 250 to the IBAN he provided but he claimed "the bank contacted him, the transaction bounced and will return to my bank account". I recalled the transaction in my bank and then sent another transfer of 250, which he claimed had bounced, too. In the end, we met in person (he was waiting in his white van) and I gave him 250 in cash. Both bank transfers I sent also never returned to my bank account so I suppose he earned 750 total on me.
He is a fraudster and a thief for stealing people's money, but also the worst person for ditching people on special occasions like birthdays or even WEDDINGS according to the previous reviews. I cried so much because I made my partner wake up early and wait for the "surprise" on the cold rainy street, and in the end I had no gift for my partner whatsoever.
I regret I did not read those other reviews before sending money to this Michael Hanley guy and his FAMILY-OWNED-FRAUD - I guess I was just too excited to have found someone who promised to provide the service on Christmas Day and wanted to secure my booking.
I believe karma will find him, but I also filed a complaint to Garda to make sure that Garda will find him sooner.
