Deirdre O'Reilly Pro Make Up

I booked Deirdre for my December 2020 wedding and like so many had to postpone due to covid-19. I was thrilled when Deirdre was able to accommodate me on my new wedding date in December 2021. Deirdre was a pleasure to work with and captured the look I wanted better than I expected. My makeup was absolute flawless for the whole day. I didn't need to touch it up at all during the day/night. She had myself, 2 bridesmaids and my Mam ready in time for our early ceremony with time to spare. She is an absolute professional.

Deirdre is amazingly talented when it comes to make up and is such a lovely person to have with you on your wedding morning. She really listened to exactly what each of the bridal party wanted from their make up and tailored each individuals look to suit them. She took her time and made sure everyone got her full attention when it came to doing their make up and touch ups. She really blew us all away, she kept everything really natural and made us all feel really beautiful. Even with the natural look the make up didn't budge for the day and required very little touch ups later that night. I would highly recommend her work.

Cannot talk enough about how great Deirdre is. She was so friendly and professional. An absolute pleasure to have around on the hectic wedding morning! Myself, my bridesmaids and my mam were thrilled with our makeup. She is so talented at what she does and really takes note of looks that you both love/dislike.

What can I say, Deirdre should be titled The Wedding Fairy and The Make up Artist of the year because of the amazing work she does! Deirdre is a very professional and exceptionally talented make up artist. I cannot recommend Deirdre highly enough and I am so happy she was available to do my wedding 2 days ago. I had 6 people for make up with an early wedding at 12.30 and she had everyone finished to perfection on time with lots of time for touch ups before we march out of the house and up the isle!

Deirdre is everything you need and more in a make up artist. Her punctuality and efficiency meant that everything went so smooth. She took every detail into account when completing the look for the bride ,mother and bridesmaids. As soon as she saw the dresses our make up was decided.
I was thrilled with my make up and it was so perfect and flawless. I only needed a lip touch up for the entire day. I had a few last minute breaks outs and deirdre disguised them perfectly. I received so many complements on my make up , even at 4 am!!!!
She is such a professional,warm ,friendly , unassuming girl and so easy to have in your house the morning of the wedding.

Your make up is amazing!!!! These were the words I heard all day on Saturday at my sisters wedding. I was a bridesmaid and expected to get a second class service from the make up artist on the day. As I have been bridesmaid a number of times already, this is the experience I had. But it was far from this and I think she did an incredible job, way better than the make up I had for my own wedding day!! Deirdres professionalism as a MUA and person is outstanding! She really poured her heart into the morning and enhanced the experience for all of us making us feel so relaxed and at ease. Deirdre was extremely responsive from the get go as I had to change my wedding date for personal reasons I had to find a new make up artist. From that first message Deirdre was very quick to respond,very understanding in what I wanted and when I went for my trial to say I was overly excited for the day would be a major understatement. I'd rarely wear make up and dreaded having to get it done but Deirdre put me at ease, listened to what I wanted and guided me to the PERFECT bridal look. I absolutely loved it. The morning of the wedding she was so accommodating and laid back and took her time to make sure not just me but my 2 bridesmaids and mam were beyond satisfied with their results. Deirdre created an unbelievably relaxed atmosphere the morning of my wedding despite my bridesmaids running round like there was no tomorrow. My wedding day was the most relaxing day of my life and if you knew me you'd know how incrediably hard that would be. Our photos speak for themselves and I love looking at them. She's a miracle worker and every bride wants to feel special and look a million dollars on her wedding day and Deirdre provided me and my bridal party with that and more. Can not recommend her enough.

Deirdre did an amazing job on my makeup when I did bridesmaid. it lasted the whole day the only thing I had to touch up was my lipstick. It felt so light & natural on my skin didn't feel like I was wearing makeup at all. She really emphasised my eyes & cheekbones which I loved & gave me a beautiful natural day time look. Deirdre is fantastic in the way she has every member off the bridal party looking amazing but she has the bride standing out that little more which is definitely the way it should be. We had a long week in run up the wedding we were up so early the morning off the wedding& felt so tired.I remember sitting in the chair getting my makeup done when she was finished she handed me a mirror I was completely blown away when I saw myself, I wished I looked like this all the time. she gave herself loads off time for each member off the bridal party we were no way rushed. We had sufficient time at the end for top ups. Deirdre was so relaxed & professional in her work. You wouldn't even no she was there she make us all feel at ease which was just what we needed the morning off the wedding. I got so many complements on the day about my makeup & so many People asked me who did it. I really did feel the best possible version off myself. I would love to have her do my makeup every time I have an occasion.

Deirdre did a fantastic job on my make-up for my wedding day. I asked her for a natural timeless look & she gave me exactly that. I love mac products & she recommended a few essentials to keep with me on the day to top up my look too. Many of the guests also commented on my make-up & were impressed with the fact it lasted me well into the early hours. My bridesmaid & mum were also very happy with their make-up too. Deirdre was so lovely to deal with from word go. She has a high level of professionalism yet has that down to earth type of personality that makes you feel comfortable. Deirdre did our Bridal party make up for my wedding in August 2016. She arrived bang on time, so excited for my morning ahead. Our makeup was beautiful and it was admired for the day, I spent my day telling people who had done it, I should have brought a supply of her business cards ?! From my wedding trial to my big day, Deirdre was absolutely superb. She is friendly, warm and extremely professional. We discussed at length what kind of look I was hoping to achieve on the big day. I wanted to look as natural as possible and Deirdre listened to every request I had. She also encouraged me to try out one or two extra things in my trial that I actually loved and included in my look on the day. On the wedding day itself, Deirdre was cool,calm and collected. She had a schedule for the morning and made sure I was ready for the church on time, much to the relief of my husband. I never had to retouch my make up once during the day. Since the wedding, several brides to be have gotten in touch to enquire about who did my wedding make up. I can't recommend Deirdre highly enough.

Deirdre was my make-up artist on our wedding day. She is truly an incredible artist and individual. Not only did she make me look and feel the most gorgeous I have ever looked and felt, she made my mammy, sister, sister in law and best friend (all the beautiful women in my life) beam also. It was breathtaking to look at them with such a glow and I could not help but smile whenever I caught glimpse of them throughout the day and night. I could not recommended Deirdre enough. I had my trial with her and was amazed at what she could do. I wanted a natural look, nice and soft and that is exactly what I got. Deirdre looked at my wedding gown..bridesmaid dresses..flowers to get a feel for my style and she had me down to a T.

I have had my makeup done with lots of makeup artists before and never had someone applied makeup so flawlessly . The main thing I have to say is that the makeup was not caked on..it was as so light, my skin could totally breathe. She was fantastic.

So the morning of my wedding Deirdre arrived and set up straight away no fuss. She has such a lovely way with her to make everyone feel at ease and the hussle and bustle of the house that morning didn't affect her in any way she just carried on..no fuss. So Deirdre was highly recommneded to me by a friend as the make up artist for my wedding day. I booked a trial the night before my hen party. I found Deirdre so dedicated and attentive to my face/skin to ensure colours/shades etc suited my face best and of course asking what kind of look I was hoping to achieve. She is such a calm collected lady that would settle any wedding day jitters on the faithful morning. My make up from the trial turned out fantatsic and after an undisturbed sleep my make up was pretty flawless for my hen party the next day. The wedding day itself I enjoyed getting my make up so so much. She made me feel and look amazing....like every bride should. My look was natural, yet fresh and youthful. My bridal party were equally as delighted with their finished look. Deirdre didn't rush anything at all and continuously allowed me to review her progress throughout the application. Our photos truly reflect how good a job she did!!!! I luckily have had the pleasure of being able to avail of Deirdre as a guest for other weddings as I trust her completely and love the looks she achieves.

Where do I start.... Deirdre is literally phenomenal at her craft! Deirdre is truly as good as it gets. There was no doubt when I was arranging my wedding for the 21st of October 2011 that Deidre was the Make Up Artist or the 'magician' as mother named her.
From the moment I contacted Deirdre, I found her incredibly professional, talented, warm, highly responsive and her attention to detail is extraordinary. No stone is left unturned to ensure your skin and make up is perfection!! My make up and my bridal parties make up exceeded all my expectations. It was glowing, natural looking and most importantly I felt comfortable.
A fantastic skill Deirdre has is to be able to be flexible and adapt make up to be age appropriate. My mothers skin was red and blotchy and her make up was incredible, flawless!
Our make up lasted the entire day, through the ceremony, pictures and party. At the end of the night my make up was perfect. During the wedding morning journey, Deirdre had an amazing relaxed, calm, positive demeanour which transferred to the bridal party.

Deirdre is an absolute genius at what she does. She is the ultimate professional and has a lovely gentle and relaxed personality to go with it. She is extremely organised and had a rota done out, something which proved is so important on the day of a wedding when there is so much happening. My make up and the make up of all the bridal party was just flawless and remained in place all day. I received so many compliments about our make up, many saying they hardly recognised us. Deirdre worked away all morning and then retouched us all again before we went out the door. She was the last to leave the house and took care of locking up and securing everything, something we hadn't even thought of. I would highly recommended Deirdre and have done so to many friends who have all been absolutely thrilled with her work.

My brother got married in Feb 2011 and I asked Deirdre to do makeup for my mum and I the morning of the wedding, as I wanted my mum to have a special treat and fuss as mother of the groom. Deirdre came to our house and blended into the background so effortlessly. I don't wear make-up generally except on a night out, so I wanted something quite natural yet special. The result was amazing and I felt overwhelmed at how she captured exactly what I wanted. We got so many compliments that day and I know my mum was thrilled with hers also as five years later she still talks of it. Deirdre is an exceptionally talented make-up artist and an absolute lady to deal with both personally and professionally. I wouldn't consider booking anyone else for a similar occasion.

All I can say is that Deirdre is just AMAZING . She did the make up at my wedding , my sisters wedding and my brothers wedding. We just love her and she can work miracles. The make up just stays put all day long , and oh my god .... amazing with eyes ! I wouldn't consider anyone but dee if I have to get my make up professionally done.

Deidre travelled with our bridal party for my sisters wedding, she not only expertly tended to the bride, 3 bridesmaids and two "mothers of" she also fixed up a grandmother of the bride who ended up with an accidental black eye! I have never seen everyone looking so well, with so many skin types in the wedding party and some with and with false tan, Deirdre managed a flawless finish that looked stunning in the flesh and in the photographs. Deirdre had a huge range of cosmetics and products.. and an amazing knowledge of colour and tone and worked amazingly quickly but thoroughly and even did a freshen up before the photos as the heat was quite intense at the resort and we were outside a lot.. I would strongly recommend Deirdre O'Reilly Pro make up, she is a very professional and extremely friendly person.. a delight to deal with!
