I will just begin by saying that I am more than impressed with the sheer professionalism of this company. In today's climate, it is understandable that some companies are willing to go the extra mile for their customers but Dryclean.ie truly went above and beyond what was expected of them. My dress was collected and sent to dryclean.ie without delay. They even organise the courier collection! I received the dress this morning and it is perfect. They did not have a lot of time to work on it and so I didn't know what to expect but the dress is like new. I am recommending dryclean.ie to my friends getting married this year and I sincerely recommend it to everyone with specialist drycleaning needs or even to those who just want to trust a truly professional service to get the job done no less than perfectly. I'd been meaning to have my wedding dress cleaned since my wedding in March but it was one of those things I just hadn't got around to doing. I read about the service on www.weddingsonline.ie, by another girl who had used your services to have her dress cleaned, and then looked up your website .... my wedding dress and delicate evening dress to her house where it was picked up on time as arranged. The cleaning itself took a bit longer than indicated on the website but the delay arose due to stains in the evening dress that proved difficult to remove. I did receive a telephone call to inform me of the delay. I was delighted to see that all the stains had been removed without any damage to the material. My wedding dress came out like new as well, so it was good all round. I would like to thank dryclean.ie for their professionalism and to commend them on their communication and courtesy calls. Keep up the good work. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family and will use you again!

As I bought my wedding dress in a bridal sale I wanted to get it dry cleaned before the big day, I was as you can imagine very nervous about this. I looked at several places before I came across www.dryclean.ie on the internet. I gave them a call as the service they offer includes collection and delivery; I spoke to Sonya who straight away put me at ease.
My dress was collected from my house last Wednesday and was just dropped off this evening and it is perfect!!I just thought I would share my good experience with you as I know how worrying this can be for brides both before and after their wedding. Your service right from my first contact with you was excellent. I will definitely be recommending www.dryclean.ie to my family, friends and colleagues.

Got my Wedding Dress back yesterday it looks very good. Packaging is great really am delighted with the end result. The boxes are such good quality with lots of tissue paper and most importantly, the dress was cleaned to perfection. The whole experience of doing business with Dryclean.ie was top quality; from the first day I called to receiving the dress delivered back to the door. It was top class service and great to get emails on updates on the progress.

When I brought my silk wedding dress to some local dry cleaners they said that they couldn't guarantee that the stains would come out at all - I was so disappointed. I found your contact information and you just put my mind so at ease and we discussed the stains and what type the were, where on the dress etc.
You suggested that I could send it to you and you could take a look to see what could be done for me.
As I am not based in Dublin, the courier service is so practical for us country folk. I left everything in your capable hands and did not have any doubt that you would deliver - as you did.
There was no fuss, hassle or stress at all - it was a dream to deal with you. I knew I could just send you a quick text and you were always very prompt to reply to me.
I hope other brides will take this on board when looking for a very professional dry cleaning service.
