Choosing the ideal songs to your taste and to suit your individual ceremony is a priority for me. I'll spend as much time as you need on the selection process and will help create a musical atmosphere that is personal to you. I'll help you choose from the most contemporary love songs, classic wedding songs & also traditional Irish songs & hymns.
Along with my church repertoire, I have a huge selection of songs for any type of Civil Ceremony and I will learn new songs for you if you have a song I dont already have in my set. I can also perform songs in Irish, French, German, Italian & Spanish.
The Drinks Reception is a very important part of the day and I'll create a lively, warm and fun atmosphere with my music, whether the festivities are held outdoors or inside. I also provide all my own top quality sound equipment so you have no worries on any front.

We got married two weeks ago and Fiona was the singer during our church ceremony, she went above and beyond for us in the lead up to the ceremony and on the day itself! She was professional, flexible, friendly and helpful throughout.
Fiona provided a template and a variety of suggested songs for a church service, she was very accommodating with our queries and was able to provide advice when choosing songs.

We met Fiona at a wedding fair in Cork city and from the get go she was fabulous. We had a specific song we wanted to use to walk down the aisle and Fiona learned it no problem. If I could give more stars to Fiona I would. The most beautiful singer who made our ceremony and drinks reception so beautiful and almost everyone commented on the music. She’s really responsive and great to chat to pre-wedding. We had a clear idea of the songs we wanted for the ceremony and she listened to us and did exactly what we wanted. She even learned a song she wasn’t familiar with. She was amazing. Can’t recommend her enough.

Fiona sang at our church wedding ceremony and, from the start, she was a dream to deal with. Having heard her sing at a wedding fair in advance of our wedding, I instantly knew we needed her to perform our ceremony music!
Fiona was so helpful when we were deciding what songs to pick and provided us with a varied list of different songs and also offered us advice and answered any queries we had. She responded to all emails so quickly and always provided detailed responses based on her experience.
On the wedding day itself, she was amazing. Absolutely beautiful singing and so lovely to deal with also. A lot of the guests commented on the lovely music and brilliant songs - this was all down to Fiona. She even had to improvise when the priest went off script!! Being the true professional that she is, this didn't phase Fiona in the slightest.

We couldn't have been happier with Fiona, honestly she was brilliant. Nothing was a problem, when COVID meant we couldn't have her sing at our drinks reception and only the church Fiona was quick to let us know the new reduced price. It was no trouble for her to travel from Cork to Kerry, and we chose the songs over a few casual emails. It was ideal, it didn't take up heaps of time. As I'm from Tipperary I wanted my home county brought into the ceremony so Fiona went and learned Slievenamon. All of the songs were perfect and I couldn't have been happier. You will not be disappointed if you book Fiona, we found her very reliable and professional aswell bringing such a special atmosphere and sound to our wedding. Thanks again.

Fiona was incredible on the day and everybody at our wedding remarked on how good she was. I was bit of a nervous wreck but I couldn't help but remember anytime Fiona sang a song/hymn actually selecting them with Fiona via Zoom(because of restrictions). Her happy disposition and knowledge in choosing the right songs for our ceremony was invalubale. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in reccomending Fiona. She is ,like one of our songs on the day , a shining light !!

We had Fiona for our wedding ceremony on New Years Eve less than two weeks ago. She was just fantastic. It was our third wedding date and she was so flexible throughout all of the changes. We had 25 people in the end and had a fantastic day, our ceremony music was one of my favorite parts. We had a zoom call with Fiona a few months before, where she played songs for us and helped us pick the perfect songs for our ceremony.

From the moment we met her at a wedding fair, to meeting up to go through all the songs, to FINALLY making it to the big day she was always only a text or a phone call away. She was especially fantastic when I emailed her to change around a few songs so I could have a certain song as I was walking down the aisle because I wanted to keep it as a secret from everyone. Fiona was so understanding and helpful when we had to cancel the wedding 5 days before hand and again a further two times.

We booked Fiona to play at our wedding in June this year at our Civil Ceremony outdoors in the Fairy Grove at Barnabrow House, Cloyne. Fiona had a great range of songs to choose from for the ceremony which she performed beautifully. Fiona entertained our guests after the ceremony with more fantastic songs. Our guests thought she was brilliant! She was great to work with and nothing is too much trouble for her. She was really professional and her singing was perfect for our day! We were so happy to choose Fiona to be our wedding musician. We cannot recommend Fiona highly enough!

Fi was amazing at our wedding. She is extremely professional and helpful. Meeting with her beforehand to pick songs was very enjoyable and she gave great tips around all the ceremony bits and pieces. Her voice is amazing and her version of 'When You Were Sweet Sixteen' was really moving. She also learned two songs, including one as Gaeilge, for us which was much appreciated. Fiona was great to deal with. I couldn't meet with her in person as we live in the UK but she was more than happy to chat/sing over the phone. She was a massive help with picking out songs for the ceremony, as we were clueless about what we should have.
Voice is amazing and paired with her guitar really worked well in the Honan Chapel, can not fault her 1 bit, would chose her 10 times over if I had the choice.

Fiona was amazing from start to finish. We picked our songs with her and she gave us really helpful advice about what songs would work where. She turned up and did a fantastic job singing at our ceremony and drinks reception. She happily played with a friend of ours when he brought in his saxophone. Nothing was too much hassle. She was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend her.

Fiona played at our wedding last December and was absolutely amazing. She sang and played acoustic guitar for both our civil ceremony and drinks reception.
We met Fiona a few months before the wedding where she helped us with our song choices. As well as our own ideas, she played various songs for us and advised how they would fit into the ceremony. What we got was a very intimate event.

Fiona was our wonderful singer at both our ceremony and during our pre dinner reception in Castlemartyr last December. Her voice is truly amazing. I knew from the moment that I got engaged that I wanted Fiona to be part of my wedding and I was thrilled when she was available. I can't count how many compliments I received about Fiona on the day. We were at a wedding and Fiona was singing so we knew what we were getting. Fiona is very relaxed and chilled out, so that's always an added bonus when your planning a wedding. Fiona is so talented. Fiona went through the music with us and helped us decide on the music, both traditional and contemporary. When it comes to wedding singers Fiona is the best by far she has the voice of an angel . She is so down to earth full of life and happiness. Any questions she was always there and nothing was to big or small for her to do. She made us feel so at ease and all our guests spoke of the excellent music we had and how but was sang.

Fiona's voice is amazing! She sang 4 beautiful songs for us during our ceremony and also improvised with some guitar music where it was needed. She sang afterwards too during the drinks reception until the dinner. Everyone loved her! She helped create a wonderful and fun atmosphere. We met up with her a few times before the wedding to discuss which songs we'd like and she had some great suggestions where we weren't sure what we wanted. We are really happy we chose Fiona to sing at our wedding. She was very professional and worth every penny!

I met Fiona at a wedding fair in Cork and immediately felt her warmth
There was a particular piece of classical music the church sound system simply couldn't accommodate so I was obsessing about that
As we are based in dublin I emailed and skyped Fiona a lot so my husband could hear her voice too
She helped us pick modern and appropriate pieces for the church which were absolutely perfect, "how long will I love you" was gorgeous for our entrance
The beauty having Fiona there was that she could time everyone walking and finish in time which would never have worked with my "cd"
While we went to Fota for some photographs we also had Fiona play at our reception in Vienna Woods Hotel, upon our return literally all our guests were up dancing and some even singing (trying anyway) but it really gelled everyone in our abscence and people still talk about her to us one year later,

Fiona is an exceptional singer and musician that is extremely professional and personable. Fiona met with us at Christmas time last year as we both live in America. In the space of 1-2 hours we had agreed the playlist for the ceremony, as well as organizing music for our reception and our first dance, which was a song we had requested that she did not know.
On the wedding day, Fiona had already worked with the venue ahead of time and the wedding band to coordinate everything, which included hiring the necessary equipment, as she was traveling to Scotland from Ireland.
Every person at the wedding was so impressed by Fiona, from the ceremony, to the wedding reception, to the first dance. She truly made our day all the more special, especially when she played our wedding song for the first dance and also put her own style to it, which made it even better.
We would recommend Fiona to anyone looking for a provider of ceremony and reception music anywhere in Ireland or the UK. You will not be disappointed.

Fiona sang at our wedding ceremony in April and I could not recommend her highly enough. I met with Fiona about a month before the wedding to choose our music. Fiona was fabulous. She helped guide us in choosing the songs for the mass and provided great advice. Every song was special and she even played a Metallica song(albeit in disguise) which raised a smile amongst the guests during part of the service. She provided the backing music for two of my friends as well. She was sensible, listened to me and could be trusted to do the right thing. Booking Fiona meant I didn't have to worry about the music at the church. Thanks Fiona!

I was organising a lot of my wedding from overseas and she was very efficient on responding to all of my emails etc. Her voice is amazing and because of that our church service was extra special. We had Fiona Kennedy singing for our Civil Ceremony recently and all i can say is that she is amazing! Her voice captivated our guests and the amount of people who asked who she was and commented on how good she is was incredible! Fiona sang for our ceremony and drinks reception on May 23rd 2014. On first meeting Fiona I felt there was something that set her apart from others that we had spoken with about our ceremony, a personal touch combined with a unique talent. This proved to be true- Fiona went the extra mile to meet with us to discuss song choices, offering to learn anything she didn't know. On the day her performance was flawless and so memorable, so many guests commented on the uniqueness and soulfullness of her voice and she brought out the emotion of each song. Fiona played at my wedding in March 2014 and she played in both the church and the drinks reception. From the second we met Fiona she was very professional but yet we felt like we had been friends with her for years. She gave great ideas for songs but listened to what we wanted also and she even learnt a few songs that we requested. I would highly recommend her as she makes everything perfect for a bride on the day and even beforehand. We had Fiona Play at our church and at our reception at The Maryborough on the 5th May 2012. She was amazing, not only on the day but in all the preperations and choosing of our songs for the mass. I had a song that was very special to me that she did'nt know and within days she knew it and sang it so beautifully. I was the happiest bride walking up the aisle. Thank you so much Fiona for such a great time at our wedding. We had a great experience from choosing the music right through our wedding day. The music and singing at the church was just beautiful and all of our friends are still talking about it. We had Fiona sing at our wedding ceremony a few weeks and we could not recommend her enough. We met with her before to decide on song selection and her advice and recommendations were fantastic. Fiona played at our ceremony and at our reception and I can't recommend her highly enough! The music in the church was fabulous and everyone commented on it. Fiona spent time with us to ensure it was exactly what we wanted - traditional with a twist and very romantic! Fiona also played at our reception and when we arrived there was a really lovely relaxed atmosphere with all our guests enjoying her music - she even took requests from my little niece. I would definately recommend Fiona - she really made our ceremony very special and a little different! Thanks Fiona!
