Reviews of Hera Bridal Wear
I bought my wedding dress from Hera in March of this year, it was a Rembo Arty. From the start Margaret and Anne were absolutely lovely, by the end the moment I went into the shop with Mam and sisters they knew us all by name.
They have a small room that has their bridal collection in it so it's very private(a word of warning, you shouldn't really bring any more than 2/3 people with you and you shouldn't be embarrassed to strip in front of them) They take appointments on Saturdays and you get a full half hour so you can take your time.
I rang the shop one day to ask about my delivery date and to see if they would have a swatch of the material so I could match my shoes, I received it in the post the next day! The girls give their opinion honestly but are not bossy and are really helpful.
They have a good selection of Rembo dresses and carry one other brand of more traditional dresses, I can't remember offhand which one.
I ordered my Rembo in March and it was in the shop in mid June. The dress cost me ?450 less in Hera than it was in Dublin.
The girls phoned me, and assured me that there was no hurry for fittings etc and to take my time. They were so facilitative and always very interested any time I went to the shop. The alterations were included in the price as there was only hemming to be done and the quality of the alterations was excellent. Margaret also gave lots of good advice about how to wear the dress, underwear etc, all very practical and much appreciated.
If I were doing it all again I would DEFINITELY buy from Hera again. Five Star Supplier!
