Hotel Quirinale in Rome

We celebrated our wedding in Rome during October and had our reception in the Hotel Quirinale, along with our 17 guests. The setting was so beautiful for the occasion with the function room overlooking the garden at the rear of the hotel where we enjoyed a welcome drink with light snacks. During the meal the staff were so attentive and made such an effort to make the day special by topping up our wine glasses as well as providing an excellent meal. They also served up a lovely wedding cake which made a grand entrance with a billowing sparkler for effect. The garden was also beautiful for our guests to relax in in the evening. We stayed in the hotel for four nights and enjoyed the facilities and surroundings immensely. Thanks so much to Sarita for organising everything that we asked for to make our day special.

First of all we wanted to thank Sarita and all Hotel Quirinale staff for making our special day even more memorable, stress free and really well organised. Ourselves and our guests had a wonderful time and even now more than a year later people mention how wonderful everything was.
The hotel and garden are simply stunning and the location is very central which is so convenient.
We went to Rome a year before our wedding to have a look at a few locations and pretty much decided straight away after seeing the place that this will be our venue. After that we didn't have to go at all to oversee any preparations! Sarita was very responsive to our emails and requests and we were able to organise the whole wedding via email correspondence! i.e. dinner menu, music, table settings etc.
Price for the wedding party was very reasonable and included aperitif, beautiful flower arrangements on the tables and wedding cake which was another thing we didn't have to worry about!
Dinner and wedding cake were delicious! Also big complements to the hotel staff who checked with us very often if everything was ok, they were pure professionalism!
The aperitif and small snacks were served just after guests arrived at the hotel, and we requested a dinner about an hour later which arrived on time and was very well organised.

Just two things to be aware of; the rooms are pricy however as it is a central location there are other choices of hotels, if guests choose to. We were offered a discounted rooms prices but when one of the guest wanted to book the room closer to the wedding date the regular website price was applicable. We weren't told that discount price was applicable only at the time of booking wedding venue! The guests we booking their rooms themselves and no guests will know for sure if they are able to attend a year in advance and be able to book the rooms.
The other thing to mention is the hotel's policy that music needs to stop at midnight with no exceptions but this was clearly communicated to us in advance. This is to ensure that other guests in the hotel are not disturbed so you just need to be aware of it! It might be applicable at all centrally located hotels.

To sum up, if you're looking for a well run wedding, close to the center of Rome,with very little hussle and beautiful setting then look no further!
