Petra and all the team at I Do Knot helped us create our dream wedding. We could not recommend them enough. They were very very helpful from start to finish. Their experience and vast knowledge and network of contacts across the island means they can make almost anything possible. Our ceremony was held in Lower Baracca gardens and reception in Limestone Heritage Gardens on June 22nd 2022. They really did find the most perfect venue?s for us along with the best caterers and suppliers. Our wedding in Malta completely exceeded all of our expectations. I Do Knot Malta helped us, from January until November 25th, 2017, organising a two-day, tri-cultural, bi-lingual wedding for over 100 guests from all over the planet. As frequent travelers ourselves, The team was incredibly responsive and capable of working around our rapidly changing work schedules for both communications and on-site visits. If anything, sometimes information during the planning would fall through the cracks, but they would always remedy those instances with minimal disturbance to both guests and ourselves.

I Do Knot had a tremendous range of dependable vendors, partners, and suppliers they interfaced with, and quickly managed to attune to our personal preferences and ideas for the wedding. If something was not available through their vendors, they would quickly source it from their network, even for obscure or foreign items or meals. They could switch rapidly from taking charge on something and offering us clear and concise ideas and choices, to assisting in letting us arrange or come up with ideas for things that we wanted to do a very specific way.

During the wedding, the I Do Knot team was on-site, and on point. We've been told that no wedding happens without issues or last-minute problems, but with how fast and painlessly any of those were resolved, the wedding might as well be considered flawless. Without their help, it would've been absolutely impossible to make these perfect two days a reality.

Petra and her team are amazing the day went flawlessly. Charlene was lovely and so helpful when we were all getting ready, it is really handy having an extra pair of hands about when everyone is getting dresses on!. She made sure the brides had everything they needed and sorted out an issue with the hotel with a smile.

Everyone knew where they needed to be and when. I think it really helped that Petra knew all the other suppliers and was able to easily keep in touch with them and manage everything. If there were any problems it was never made evident to the guests or the brides.The team were always about in the background if we ever needed them but never intruding which must have been hard when there was less than 20 of us.

Overall I dont think it would have been possible to pull off the day without them. I would Highly recommend.

Petra and all the team at I Do Knot Malta were wonderful, they listened to what we wanted and gave us options that suited us. Everything was very well organised and personal. I cannot fault their professionalism, dedication and commitment- it was first class! We put our complete trust in the team and they definitely did not disappoint.

We engaged I DO KNOT to help coordinate the day itself and offer guidance, advice and ad-hoc assistance through the wedding planning process. The team most certainly helped to alleviate some of the stress and ensured our day went smoothly. Some of our guests even commented on how the day "ran like clockwork".

Petra, Mauro and Matthew and all of the team from I Do Knot gave us the most incredible day of our lives! We decided soon after getting engaged that we wanted to have a destination wedding. We had never been to Malta so we decided to contact a number of wedding planners in advance of our first trip. Petra and the team were by far the most responsive, enthusiastic and helpful of the planners we contacted. They asked us a couple of simple questions to get an idea of the type of wedding we had in mind and they put together an itinerary of truly incredible venues. As we went around each of them Petra seen which venues we liked and instantly thought of another venue, Limestone Heritage. We had seen pictures online and had thought the venue might be too big for our wedding party size but Petra knew best and scheduled a visit the next day. We couldn't have been happier when we seen the venue. From that point on we knew we wanted Petra and the team to organise our day. She took the time to get to know us, understand what type of day we wanted and helped keep two very laid back people (me and the husband!) on track throughout. Petra was never more than an email, text, skype away 7 days a week. The wedding day itself couldn't have gone better. The team were on hand from early morning in our hotel, coordinating transport and logistics for us and our 60 guests until early the next morning when the party drew to a close. Everyone at I Do Knot went above and beyond what we would have ever expected. Having met up with Petra and Mauro many times now in Malta and Dublin we can honestly say they are two of the most hard working, dedicated and nicest people you can meet. They were great to work with throughout the whole process and were more than just wedding planners, we have no doubt that we will be friends for many years to come! If anyone is considering getting married in Malta, we would have no hesitation in recommending the team at I Do Knot!

The Salt Pans in Gozo was the most amazing venue for a wedding. My niece and her fiancee were married there last week and to say I was bursting with pride was an understatement. I did not have any involvement with the wedding arrangements but I communicated with Petra regarding accommodation booking and she was always very helpful and informative.

The attention to detail throughout the whole proceedings was amazing and both Petra and Mauro were around to ensure everything was running smoothly. Everyone involved in transporting the parties throughout their stay in Gozo, for the airport and ferry transfers and wedding day transport were polite, helpful and efficient.Matthew was excellent.

The waiting staff at the wedding were also good and worked very hard on the day to ensure the drinks were flowing and the food was well presented.

I cannot thank Petra and Mauro enough for their fantastic organisation and making this special day unforgettable.

Dear Petra and Mauro, I just want to thank you and your team for such a fabulous occasion, the wedding of Natasha (our daughter) and Tom?s. Words cannot describe the experience we all had. From our ease of transport from Malta airport to the beautiful Pergola farmhouses , through the pre wedding days, the amazing wedding day and beyond. Your professionalism and your constant support during our stay made our time in Gozo a time we will never forget. You gave Natasha ,Tomas, Liam, their family and friends a wedding that was superb in every way. You and your team, always friendly, helpful and with smiles looked after us from early in the day until the early hours of the morning. thanks to the chef for great food, BBQ and wedding meal, to the all musicians for beautiful music during the ceremony at the Salt Pans and back in the magical villa. We travelled to Ronan and Genevieves Wedding as a party of 6 comprising of 2 adults and 4 children aged 7,6,4 and 2. My wife Charlotte is Genevieves sister and was a bridesmaid and my son and 3 daughters were page boy and flower girls. Petra was extremely helpful in organising every last detail for us. She dealt with the hotel and when the hotel couldn't gaurantee us rooms together ( which was an absolute necessity with our children ) arranged for us to get a suite comprising of 2 rooms. She arranged for all our transfers too and from the airport and to and from the wedding venue and personally made sure we were all on the bus. She arranged for child car seats for our kids on the buses when we asked as it became apparent that child car seats are not standard on buses in Malta.
When our three youngest kids fell asleep at the wedding venue she (unprompted) organised for chairs to be brought so that they could sleep comfortably and then enlisted her husband and another helper to help me carry the 3 sleeping children to the bus at 12.00am (for which we have lovely photos.)
All in all I couldn't find a single fault with her service and would recommend her highly.

Service excellent. Friendly relaxing unobtrusive. Maybe wedding speeches not to start
until after the main course is served. Guests hungry after Ceremony and Reception and
when seated for Wedding meal are anxious to begin eating and would be in better humour
for listening to speeches after some food . This would be my only suggestion to improve
the occasion.

Who Doesn't want peace of mind on their Wedding Day!! That's why we highly recommend I Do Knot services to anyone who needs help in organizing their wedding. We have been provided with several venues and suppliers with reasonable prices to choose from. Both Petra and Matthew are very organized and did the job in a very Professional and efficient way, and on top of that they were very friendly and supportive through out the whole Wedding Planning. When we got engaged in November 2014 we couldn?t decide whether to go for a simple wedding at home or to go away and avoid the usual traditions that didn?t really excite us. We had looked into a few locations briefly and the first thing we noticed was that when we left our details with the staff at exhibition stands we didn?t hear from them again. We had thought perhaps that a destination wedding would become a hassle and we were back to square one.
Then we met Petra and Mauro. From the first conversation they were professional, competent and most of all ? crazy about Malta! I left my contact details with Petra late on a Saturday afternoon and she promised to send me information the following day ? which she did. I have to say that throughout the ongoing process of arranging the wedding with many emails and skype calls, Petra didn?t fail to miss a deadline.
Long story short, we went out for a visit in April with some friends for 4 days and packed in 4 possible venues and a lot of site-seeing. We couldn?t decide between two of the venues so decided to ask if it would be possible to include both! The response from Petra and Mauro ? but of course!
We cannot speak highly enough about the commitment and hard work from these guys, every single detail was thought of and they handled it all with an air of ?I?ve got this?! We were looking for a fun and relaxed day - not?a typical formal wedding, this seemed to really inspire their creativity and they presented many ideas for us that we could include.
The day itself was filled with lots of fun, speedboats, fire juggling and fireworks. The d?cor was relaxed ? no chairs for the guests at the ceremony, rather we had lots of coloured cushions and a big tent that was previously used in a movie set. We weren?t going for elaborate, we were going for fun and laid back, and this is exactly what we got. Petra and Mauro love what they do and that is obvious in how excited they were for any ideas that were agreed upon. We ourselves actually got to enjoy the day as much as the guests did, many times when we have been to weddings the bride and groom look tired and worried if everyone has been talked to. Going to Malta gave us the time to spend with family and friends throughout the week, it allowed them to break the ice with one another and it meant the wedding day was as we say in Northern Ireland ?great craic?!
Our wedding was far from traditional but we didn?t feel like weirdos either ? we got to get married in the most beautiful setting with our nearest and dearest and felt like everything was totally in control. We should mention that operationally it would have been quite a challenge due to the two venues being on separate islands, thanks to the hard work from Petra and Mauro however, the day seemed totally seamless.
I Do Knot totally exceeded our expectations in every way, they even came to the airport to see the guests off when they were leaving, a personal touch that they weren?t obliged to do but it meant a lot to us that they did.
If we could offer any advice to anyone considering a destination wedding ? definitely consider Malta, we have visited some beautiful countries over the years and Malta has so much to offer. Any reservations that we would have considered at the beginning regarding the intricacies of a foreign wedding needn?t have been an issue, they understand the laws and there was no barrier regarding how they comprehended exactly what we were looking for ? thank you so much Petra and Mauro for giving us the most beautiful day!

Excellent. Nothing but Praise for Petra,Mauro and all the team at I DO KNOT. We celebrated our ruby wedding anniversary in Malta and I DO KNOT arranged everything for us and our 18 guests from Ireland and England.
Such hard work and professionalism provided us with a unique 're proposal event' full church service, hotel, entertainment events etc etc. The I DO KNOT team were there for us,for all the whole 2 weeks and made it such a wonderful event that will never be forgot by the whole party.

I would recommend Petras and her "I Do Knot" team to everyone! As getting married in Malta was a really last minute decision, Petra was super fast in providing us with best options and deals!
