Irish Bridal Makeup

My love of makeup started with drawing, I've always loved drawing portraits, I'm fascinated with detail and symmetry, with people's faces, the uniqueness of each person and the beauty of individuality.

I started my career in the Irish film and TV industry. I loved the element of bringing art to real life.

 I wanted to see what working in film would be like on a giant scale, so I moved to Vancouver by myself at 24 to work in the North American Film Industry. I spent 5 years there working with top directors (Christopher Columbus- Home Alone, Harry Potter, Goonies) and became a trusted member of the make up industry in Vancouver.

 My recent jobs in Vancouver entailed becoming a personal make-up artist to Alicia Silverstone (Clueless) and Dove Cameron (Descendants).

This experience of creating makeup looks you know are going to be expanded over a 50ft cinema screen gives you an edge when it comes to detail and precision. This also requires a skill to make makeup not look like 'makeup'. It's never about covering up for me, it's always about elevating natural beauty.

I want to bring the combination of makeup artistry, but also the love and care I have for my career, to the most special day of someone's life, their wedding.

It's a dream job for me.
