I'm a week in and I have lost off all my measurements which is really great. An inch on some places and half an inch on others. I def feel less bloated and haven't felt like I'm 'on a diet' too much thank God. I've done loads of other ones in the past and I tell u I feel it's suiting me much better than cutting out groups of food or eating very little!!!

I lost 3 and a half pounds this week so I'm on my way to my first stone and so thrilled about it!
I kept a food diary and I can e mail it to you if your interested.I made your delicious granola. I didn't feel I had to finish every last morsel on my plate at dinner which is unheard of for me.
