The setting for our wedding in the Tabu gardens really was breathtaking and our guests couldn't compliment us enough for the choice of venue. The service leading up was excellent and the wedding coordinator was very professional and helpful. One slight disappointment was the communication to guests at reception on the morning of the wedding. You have to walk through the grounds of the hotel to get to the Tabu Gardens and unfortunately the hotel reception staff didn't seem aware that there was a wedding in the gardens and a great number of our guests were misdirected which caused them stress getting lost in such a large complex. Having said that I think when they eventually arrived and saw the amazing views all stress was forgotten. We opted for the BBQ dinner and the quality and choice was excellent. Our guests also commented on how fantastic the canap?s were. One thing I would note about dinner is that the communication could have been better as the food was all set up and ready for a while but we weren't aware so we had to find somebody to ask when we could start eating and had to organize our guests ourselves. The table waiting staff were very friendly and did an excellent job of making sure the drinks were topped up for guests. We opted to release balloons with LED lights on the sunset decking area and I would definitely recommend this extra touch. All in all I couldn't have imagined our wedding at any other venue and I feel so proud when guests remind us of how fantastic everything was.

The wedding planners soraia and Ana were amazing from start to finish. Always there on hand to answer any questions and showed incredible professionalism. The venue well it was absolutely amazing so beautiful and we were blessed to have the wedding of our dreams. The attention to detail was fantastic and pure class. I would recommend the Sheraton Algarve Hotel for a truly amazing day. We were very happy and well looked after and so were all of our guests.

I could not be happier with the service we received from the Sheraton from the planning stages to the wedding day.
The only recommendation I would make would be to make it clearer that the Sheraton do not provide the fabric to dress the gazebo, this is all done through the florist.
I found this out last minute so it caused a bit of a panic.

Everything was perfect. The staff made everything run as smoothly as they could have. Even when we asked for last minute changes, it was no problem. It's a beautiful venue, but it's not cheap, but then you get what you pay for.

Nigel (Groom) - Charlotte and I would like to thank you and the Sheraton team for making our wedding day an amazing event. We have been told by more or less everyone that the food was the best food they have ever had at a wedding (both canap?s and dinner). Both venues (Sunset Deck and Tabu) were perfectly set up, and again people said the setting was amazing. Tabu in particular was quite magical as the sun went down. The service was impeccable, and I understand everyone's wine glass was kept topped up, which explains why the dance floor was full at the Aldar. Thanks to you too for your professionalism, and prompt replies over e-mail. Francis (Groom?s Father) - I would like to add my thanks for an impeccably organized event
Some of my visiting friends who are used to attending large events said the food was the best for large catered crowd- please pass our congratulations to anyone involved and please rest assured we will have no hesitation in recommending the Sheraton pine cliffs as a wedding venue.

Hi Carina, We are now back in the UK and back to reality sadly. I wanted to write an email to say thank you for everything you and your colleagues did for us. Regardless of the weather the wedding day far surpassed our expectations. It ran smoothly and without a hiccup and was just the best day of our lives. I haven't spoken to one guest who didn't praise your hard work and tell me how wonderful you and your colleagues are. It seems this rates as the best wedding ever for most of the people who attended. I wanted to also say thank you for answering so quickly to all my emails, reassuring me all the time along the way, putting our minds at ease with regard to changing venue locations, being there at any time to answer our questions. I wish we could do the day all over again, we have such wonderful memories and that is all because of you planning our day and the dedication you had to making our day so magical. I don't think words can say how grateful we are - we would love to come out and celebrate every anniversary at the Sheraton.
I am also going to drop an email to pine cliffs directly to say thank you to all the other staff who were so amazing too - The chef, waiters, bar staff, front desk reception - this list goes on.
