We honestly could not have been happier with Starlight Party Band, they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish!
They were one of the very first things we booked. They completely lived up to our expectations and more. From the lead-up to the wedding, they were a pleasure to deal with so professional, thorough and genuinely interested in finding out exactly what we liked and didn’t like. And they absolutely nailed it!
Rodrigo also played beautiful acoustic sets during the cocktail hour, which created such a lovely atmosphere. Then, for the reception, the band were phenomenal. They got the vibe exactly right and had the dancefloor full all night. We had a relatively small wedding, so it was a real testament to how good they were that the dancefloor was never empty!
We honestly lost count of the number of compliments we received about the band. Everyone was talking about how brilliant they were the next day, and so many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the music.
Thank you so much for making our evening so special and memorable. You were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process, and we would recommend you and the band to everyone we know without hesitation.

We couldn’t recommend Starlight Party Band highly enough! They played at our wedding on 15th August 2026 at the Connemara Coast Hotel, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
From our very first contact, Rodrigo provided 5-star support, making everything so easy and reassuring. The setup on the day was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, and we also hired the DJ through Starlight, which made everything even easier and faster as everything was coordinated together. The DJ was brilliant too and kept the dancefloor going all night long!
They even learned and played our first dance song as a special request, which made that moment even more meaningful for us.
Lauren’s vocals were absolutely amazing!The energy they brought to the room was incredible. Our guests simply did not leave the dancefloor! We had so many people come up to us during and after the wedding saying that Starlight were the best wedding band they had ever seen.

Starlight Party Band were a total dream to book for our wedding day. Rodrigo made the the whole process feel so smooth and personalised. He kept us informed throughout the whole process about how the build up would work with video calls and a short consultation to make sure the band understood the kind of music we would like played and when the day itself came they absolutely smashed it. The dancefloor was full the entire night and they played everything from Boogie Wonderland to You Shook me All Night Long to Don't you Worry Child. Every guest we spoke to afterwards had nothing but praise for the band and ensured us they had an amazing night. We literally could not have asked for a better experience on our special day and could not recommend them any more strongly.

They mashed two completely different songs for our first dance with ease. Get this Band booked for your wedding ASAP! We had the privilege of Starlight Party Band playing for our wedding in June at Barberstown Castle and they were everything we wanted and more ! We were really blown away.
They had everyone up on their feet dancing for the whole night! Everything was perfect, from the first dance song, to the closing song they nailed everything !

Starlight were the best we could have asked for our wedding. Rodrigo was so organized and such an angel to coordinate with. Lauren is an incredible singer with insane range. They were so good and brought such amazing energy. They sounded great and knew how to get the crowd going.

I would highly recommend this band, they were incredible. Rodrigo was so easy to deal with and so professional. They learned a new song for us which was so appreciated. Everyone loved them on the day. The floor was full from start to finish. We had a blast.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
From the very beginning, these guys were incredible. My husband and I travelled all the way from Dublin to Galway just to see them perform live before booking them for our wedding. We left that night knowing we had found our band, and we never regretted that decision for a second.
Rodrigo is an amazing person and exactly the kind of energy you want around you on such an important day. He's warm, charismatic, organized, attentive and unbelievably talented. He performed an acoustic set during our drinks reception before joining the full band later in the evening, and both performances were outstanding.
The band's quality is honestly exceptional. They don't just play songs, they make them their own. Every performance is so polished, full of personality and passion, that you almost forget they're covers. They created an atmosphere that kept everyone on the dance floor all night.
Weeks after our wedding, we're still receiving compliments about how incredible the band was, especially Lauren's phenomenal voice. She is absolutely amazing.
One of our biggest wishes was to have Brazilian songs included in our wedding, and I never imagined we'd find a band in Ireland that could perform them so beautifully. They exceeded every expectation and made our celebration feel even more personal and unforgettable.

We originally saw you and Kim as a two piece in the Quays on a random night out in Galway. We loved your voices, your energy and your talent on the guitar. After chatting with you that night we both felt you were people we could genuinely get along with.
You mentioned you had a full wedding band called Starlight Party Band. Instead of spending time researching other bands and going to show nights we decided to trust our gut and book you for the entire wedding day (!) , ceremony ,drinks reception and evening !! It was honestly one of our best decisions of the wedding.
Alot of of friends thought we were crazy having the same musicians throughout the whole day, but we trusted in the depth of talent in the band and how you can mix and match singers across the day. We got SO many compliments, especially on the ceremony music.
We also appreciated how you were open to song requests, some of which were not standard - nothing ever seemed like an issue.
All of you were absolutely awesome ! Thanks so much and we are so sad its all over now!!

Beyond happy with the whole experience with this band. Starlight were absolutely amazing, a total hit! They played at our wedding in Markree Castle December's 25. Our guests were on the dance floor the entire night, and we received nonstop compliments about the music. Rodrigo was great to deal with, he was open and happy to add to our ideas. We had Starlight as our wedding band, they were the absolute highlight of the day. Everyone was talking about them on the night and ever since. They are so lovely to deal with, and really obliging, happy to learn our first dance song and do a mix of things. They play absolutely everything and sound amazing. We had spent some time watching Rodrigo and the band perform around a number of different venues in Galway and knew right away that they were the band for us. They can play and sing a variety of genres and have a way of reading the crowd and playing more of what they are vibing with. Rodrigo spent time meeting with us prior to the wedding to develop a set list tailored to represent our special day. This was executed to perfection, engaging everyone in the room which made the performance feel so personalised. The dance floor was never empty and we had so much positive feedback from our guests who said the music was one of the most memorable parts of our day. There is nothing that is too big an ask for this band!
There is nothing more would could have asked for from this band for our special day and we would pick them again 100times over. We have made a friend of Rodrigo and intend to continue to follow his journey with the band, when we return to Galway.

We had the time of our lives and are so delighted that you guys were our wedding band.
From the moment we walked in the door of the hotel as husband and wife you guys just made us so happy!
The drinks reception with Rodrigo and Lauren was amazing, the song choice was just perfect and suited us perfectly.
You guys performed our first dance to perfection, 'Say You Won't Let Go' it was amazing.
Galway Girl was a special request song as we have had many a dance to this 🤣 and was just so fab ❤️
I was worried that our small numbers and having a big band would be too much, but how wrong was I, you guys were fantastic! The sound was amazing, the energy and fun you guys brought to our wedding was just beyond my expectations!! You guys were full of fun and the mingling with our guests was just fab!

I couldn’t recommend Starlight and Rodrigo more! We had the full band for our drinks reception on our Wedding day, and then had Rodrigo for our Day two and they were brilliant both days.
Rodrigo was such a pleasure to deal with, he read the room and played songs that suited the vibe, and took Requests.
We were all up dancing! We were so impressed that we tried to get him to stay for longer but unfortunately he was already booked for another gig in our Day2 😂

I had the absolute pleasure of having Starlight Party Band play at our wedding in October 2023, and I can't express enough how incredible they were. From start to finish, they were the highlight of the entire day, and I couldn't be happier with their performance.
We are an Irish and Brazilian couple, and one of the things that truly set Starlight Party Band apart was their versatility. They not only delivered everything we asked for, but they did it even at short notice, which was so accommodating. The fact that they incorporated Brazilian songs into their repertoire was a delightful surprise, and the crowd absolutely loved it. They played both of our favorite songs with such passion and skill, making those moments even more special.
Our wedding had a diverse mix of guests, ranging from young to old, and Starlight Party Band managed to keep the dance floor full the entire night. It was amazing to see how they could cater to every age group and musical taste. Their ability to read the crowd and adapt their performance was impressive.
After the band finished, the manager at the hotel even commented that they were the best wedding band to ever play at the venue, and I couldn't agree more. Starlight Party Band not only exceeded our expectations but also impressed the professionals in the industry.
The entire process of dealing with the band was a pleasure. Rodrigo, who I've had the pleasure of seeing perform during my time in Galway, was an absolute gent to deal with from the beginning. He was professional, friendly, and always ready to accommodate our requests. And then there's Lauren, their amazing singer. Her voice is truly remarkable and added that extra touch of magic to our special day.
In summary, I couldn't recommend Starlight Party Band more highly. They are not just a band; they are a group of talented, passionate individuals who genuinely care about making your event unforgettable. We are an Irish and Brazilian couple, and one of the things that truly set Starlight Party Band apart was their versatility. They not only delivered everything we asked for, but they did it even at short notice, which was so accommodating. The fact that they incorporated Brazilian songs into their repertoire was a delightful surprise, and the crowd absolutely loved it. They played both of our favorite songs with such passion and skill, making those moments even more special.
Our wedding had a diverse mix of guests, ranging from young to old, and Starlight Party Band managed to keep the dance floor full the entire night. It was amazing to see how they could cater to every age group and musical taste. Their ability to read the crowd and adapt their performance was impressive.
After the band finished, the manager at the hotel even commented that they were the best wedding band to ever play at the venue, and I couldn't agree more. Starlight Party Band not only exceeded our expectations but also impressed the professionals in the industry.
The entire process of dealing with the band was a pleasure. Rodrigo, who I've had the pleasure of seeing perform during my time in Galway, was an absolute gent to deal with from the beginning. He was professional, friendly, and always ready to accommodate our requests. And then there's Lauren, their amazing singer. Her voice is truly remarkable and added that extra touch of magic to our special day.

When we look back on our wedding day certain things stood out and Starlight was one of those! We had to move dates multiple times due to covid and they were great to deal with.
We booked them for our ceremony which we held in the venue and for the drinks reception after which was so good as we sent one list for both and only one for supplier for both was easy to manage!
They did a mix off all songs and we chose everything as music in the was really important to us. We requested a the Dermot Kennedy cover version of days like this for when I walked down the aisle and I don’t think there was a dry eye to be seen!
We did Tina Turner simply the best for afterwards and crowd loved it. They stayed until we all went for dinner and followed up afterwards also to check in we were happy which we were over the moon.
I seen Starlight playing around Galway a lot one of the reasons why we went with them they know to to entertain.
Highly Highly recommend Starlight for your wedding you and your guests will adore them!!!!

You guys were absolutely amazing! Everybody – and I truly mean everybody including the hotel staff – commented about how great you sounded, you really made the party come alive and managed to get even the few dancefloor shy guests up giving it their best!
Every song was better than the last, every guest felt like you were singing from their own personal playlist and everybody woke with aches & pains from over enthusiastic dancing!
We have absolutely no complaints. Thank you both so much , you really helped make the occasion memorable and we will be recommending you to everyone we know.

Starlight played our wedding on 3rd Sept 2021!!
I genuinely love these guys!! Rodrigo’s guitar skills are second to none and Lauren’s voice is out of this world!
They were more than understanding about covid restrictions and up until the day before our wedding, no one actually knew we would be allowed for them to play 🙌…
So, on the eve of our wedding Rodrigo got about as excited that they were allowed to join us, as did we!
They even refreshed my first dance song (which they hadn’t played in years) and that was so special to us.
Guys you definitely made our wedding day and we would highly recommend you to everyone and anyone who is looking a band or even more chilled setting at any function. Your both fab 💜

Rodrigo is an absolute gentleman to work with. He reached out proactively to make sure everything is catered to our needs. All our song requests were incorporated without any question and he even helped us with some song choices. He made sure that we felt cared for from the beginning.
The performances on the day we're great and highlighted by the guests. The ceremony music was arranged to perfection, with timing, volume and tempo being arranged to perfection, delivering the perfect background.
The song choice and arrangement for the reception was top notch again , with guitar and vocals from these highly talented musicians creating a wonderful atmosphere without being overbearing.
We decided for the speeches during the reception and Rodrigo kindly offered to use his sound equipment, which is highly appreciated.
We are still buzzing with their performance and would would very much recommend Starlight for any wedding!
