Stella Bass - Singer/Pianist for Ceremony & Drinks Reception

Myself and Barry couldn't have chosen a nicer act to sing at our wedding ceremony and our reception. It was absolutely beautiful. Our 8 year old daughter got up to sing with Stella and she made her feel so much at ease. It was one of the highlights of the day and brought a tear to many of the guests eyes. One memory we will never forget. Stella is extremely professional, warm and sincere. Her attention to detail on song choice etc was second to none. I would highly recommend any wedding couples considering their music choice and act to choose Stella. She is a good all rounder. The song choices were uplifting, moving and fun. Stella Bass sang at our church ceremony. She was so professional to deal with and made it very easy for us to organise. It was all done by email. Stella just sent us a list of songs to choose from and she came on the morning of the wedding and set up. She sang beautifully and I would have no hesitation in using her service again.

Stella's voice is incredible. For weeks after our wedding so many people had said to me how they really enjoyed the ceremony because of the music. Stella also performed outside for guests afterwards on a hot sunny day and it really was something very special for everyone. She really made the day very special. Thank you Stella!

I just wanted to touch base with Stella and say thank you for providing us both with wonderful entertainment in church and at the reception. We were fortune enough to have Stella sing at our wedding ceremony and drinks reception in August this year. As a (very) amateur singer myself, music was very important to me and I must have listened to every singer in Ireland before I heard Stella. Once I heard her I fell in love with her voice and I would have moved my date to have her as part of our day! We initially were looking for music for the Church only but having listened to Stella's jazz sets- we had to have her entertain our guests at the drinks reception too. Stella was a total professional to deal with from first point of contact. She was very flexible and learned one of my favourite songs for us. Stella's voice is the kind of voice that gives you goosebumps and one that you would never forget. I was blown away with the amount of guests that mentioned her singing, including people that would never usually notice or comment on music! I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Our experience with Stella was wonderful. From the outset she was very professional, timely in her responses and very helpful whenever required. Stella also learnt a new song for us when we requested it which was amazing on the day and meant so much to us. Rewind made our wedding and rocked our dance floor! Dance floor was full the whole night. Stella has the most amazing voice!!! Ceremony music is one of my favourite parts of a wedding and Stella definitely did not disappoint, in fact, she exceeded our expectations! Stella Bass was a joy to deal with. So professional. She responded to emails in an efficient manner and put our minds completely at ease in the lead up to our wedding. You just knew from the first communication that you were in safe hands with Stella. Together with her band she performed an incredible set at our wedding reception in the St Stephen's Green Club. They set the mood beautifully and it was just perfect. She appealed to all of the guests old and young and even indulged our mini bridesmaid in performing a speech that she had wanted to do all day. Very sweet. My parents who are in their eighties and love their old time dancing got to perform a quickstep and Stella told them they were like Fred and Ginger. It possibly made their year!

We would highly recommend Stella and her band for any occasion and look forward to seeing them perform again again in the future.

I wasn't sure where to start when looking for a singer for our wedding ceremony so I sent a group inquiry through Weddingsonline.ie. Stella was one of the first to reply and as soon as I heard her demo I knew she would be perfect. When my now husband heard her voice he said - "If she is still available, book her right now!" So I did.

I can't recommend Stella highly enough, she is so professional and has such a fabulous voice! We live in Australia so our contact was through email until we finally met on my wedding day. Stella made everything so easy and she learned one of my favourite songs for my walk up the aisle. I am not an emotional person but I welled up when I heard her sing it, it was amazing!
She sang for our civil ceremony and performed her jazz set for our drinks reception. I have to say, both were absolutely perfect. All of my guests commented on amazing Stella was and everyone was so impressed. They said that the music was just at the perfect level too - not intrusive at all and it really added to ceremony and drinks reception. The jazz set was so classy and was just exactly what I was hoping for! I am only sorry that I didn't get to stay and listen for longer, but our photographer whisked us away for our photos!

Just want to say a HUGE thank you from both of us for your amazing performance at our wedding ceremony and later back at the reception in Tulfarris House. I know I was a bundle of nerves arriving at the church but when I heard you play I felt so much more at ease. Your organ playing was fabulous especially as it was probably your first time seeing the organ (lucky you are so slender as it is a tight squeeze to say the least!) let alone playing it.
