  Your ceremony is undoubtedly the most important and special part of your day. Currently one of Ireland’s most in-demand wedding singers - and with almost 90 5-star reviews here on WeddingsOnline - Stella has been singing professionally at ceremonies all over the country (churches/hotels...even gardens!) for more than 15 years now, and knows exactly how integral music is in setting the tone for the big day. Classically-trained, but with a vast song repertoire of classical, gospel, jazz, Irish and contemporary songs and of course traditional hymns, she has sung at weddings in no less than seven languages–including Elvish, for any “Lord of the Rings” fans! She sings and plays piano for the ceremony, so you don’t have to book an additional musician, and of course, she brings all her own equipment, so nothing is left to chance on the day.

Having been a headline act in the 2017 Cork Jazz Festival and returning there for the 2021 festival, the music of Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble is second nature to Stella, and her music provides a warm and stylish welcome to your guests as they arrive to the drinks reception. Stella is the preferred jazz music performer for both the 5* Merrion Hotel and 5* Powerscourt Hotel, so you’re in the most experienced of hands when you book her for your big day.

  Stella studied singing and piano through the Royal Irish Academy of Music and more recently earned a Master’s Degree in Music. In 2014, she released her debut album to critical acclaim here and in the USA (in fact, is it currently on the Aer Lingus longhaul in-flight entertainment playlist, so be sure to check it out if you’re flying with Aer Lingus anytime soon!). On the back of its success, Stella has performed in Germany, Australia, the UK and Hong Kong. In fact, Amy Winehouse’s mother contacted Stella directly to tell her how much she loved Stella’s cover of one of her daughter’s songs on the album!
