Cocktail making class was absolute favourite activity I did for my hen by a mile , purely because Dara was an amazing host , so funny , chill and was down for an absolute craic ,,safe to say we all got nice and tipsy ,, over all an amazing experience with Dara

Had the best time at the Boozy Bar Workshop as part of my friend’s hen party — it was unreal from start to finish. Dara was so organised and had everything running seamlessly, while still keeping the vibes relaxed and fun. The place was spotless, everything was so well set up, and the craic was genuinely 90 the whole time. There was never a dull moment with spontaneous games, plenty of laughs, and just the right amount of friendly competition that we all absolutely loved. Such a brilliant experience and I couldn’t recommend it enough for a hen party or any group looking for great fun and great memories 🍸💃

We recently booked Dara from The Boozy Bar to host a cocktail masterclass for a group of 16 ladies at my friend’s hen party. And it was nothing short of brilliant.

From the time we contacted Dara, he was a pleasure to liaise with, very professional and responsive. True to his word, he brought absolutely everything: all the glassware, fresh homemade syrups, ingredients, ice, garnishes, napkins etc.

Over the course of the evening, Dara guided us through making 4 different cocktails. Each one was so fun to make. He explained the techniques, different flavours and the art of presentation. We even played a cocktail-themed game between rounds, such a laugh!

The atmosphere was electric from start to finish. With Dara’s infectious energy and expert tips, everyone got into the swing of things in no time. The whole evening felt like a perfect blend of education and entertainment.

If you’re planning a hen (or stag) party and want a a really fun night, Dara’s cocktail masterclass is an absolute must. He delivers a perfect mix of skill, charm, and lots of fun that’ll have everyone remembering a great party. A fabulous way to kick off wedding festivities. Highly recommended!

From start to finish Dara was an incredible entertainer! He arrived with everything. Glasses, ice, alcohol and garnish! I’m sorry that we only did the 1.5 hour option we could have kept going all night
